My sister Booked a flight to Jamaica and Air canada would not let her on the flight because of the vaccine rules. She had her doctors letter and they refused it.Terry the Manager refused to assist her and did not help her get a refund of $1'900.oo or even to assist her. He was rude and unprofessional. Do not use this company.They are also very Racist!

My experience with Smit has been nothing but awesome. He is really friendly and very professional. Would rate 10/10 and highly recommend.

The West Europe pilgrimage organized by Skyroute Travel Services was excellently executed. Everyone in the group of 33 enjoyed each & everyday of the 2 weeks. The planning & execution of the itinerary was nearly perfect. In fact some additional sites were covered. Thanks Skyroute how to travel more in the future.

I travelled to India and Dubai through SkyRoute on a group tour. Our guide was Selvaraj. This was a trip of a lifetime for me. The planning, organization, accommodation, itinerary and overall experience was incredible. Selva and team did an excellent job to not only prepare us before the trip via multiple zoom calls, but made the entire trip very easy and had great communication throughout. They booked all the flights and checked us in, had excellent 4 and 5 star hotels, as well as coach buses and other transportation that was very comfortable. The India temple pilgrimage was something I wouldn't have dreamed of going on. I got to experience so many temples, but some of my highlights are the Ganga river poojai from the front row, kaasi/varnasi, Shiridi Darshan multiple times, amongst other temples. Thank you Selva for your kindness, compassion and care for all of us on this trip. I look forward to more trips with Skyroute and the team, and especially Selvaraj as the guide. Thank you for such a memorable experience and trip of a lifetime.

We traveled with SkyRoute for a 3 week India pilgrimage trip. Dealing with Selvaraj, the manager was a pleasant experience. The trip was very well organized, and accommodated all our needs. They arranged for our hotels, foods, and local transportations and made sure we achieved everything listed in the itinerary. Mr. Selvaraj and fellow tour guides ensured we were kept safe in all our travels. I highly recommend this India pilgrimage guided tour, and the overall experience surpassed our expectations!

Really unprofessional services. Specially if you call the company and if a travel agent name Yogesh Chavda picks up the phone please don’t book tickets with him. He is really unprofessional and doesn’t know his job.Unfortunately he was working on my tickets I was getting the tickets for $2580 per person wanted to book 4 tickets. He sends me an itinerary with all the wrong names on it. He has passports for all the passengers.I told names are incorrect please change it and send me a new itinerary. He calls back and says sorry I made a mistake and now I cannot change the names as Airline is not allowing. I will have to cancel this tickets and book new tickets. Now you have to pay $3200 per person instead of $2580. Unprofessional and really waste of time.Being a travel agent his first job is to check the names before booking tickets. Yogesh Chavda should be fired from his job for such blunder.

Was not asked what kind of ticket we wanted to purchase if economy or flex. Was not asked if we wanted to be able to change dates or cancel before ticket was booked. Ticket paid off and no travel information has been given. Try to reach out to Terry he’s not available and does not call back. You’re better off going through the airline directly or a better travel agency.

Mr. Smit customer service was amazing. He booked our vacation in a timely manner and we are pleased with his service. We will defiantly book with him again.
