Pioneer - Gas Station

Soap wash worked fine (4 dollars), then I put water wash only (4 dollars) and had no pressure. Wasted 4 dollars. Avoid 2nd one from the left.

I work overnights and took my lunch break to go and get a drink. The guy said it wasn't open rn just because he was brooming the floor. You should not deny a customer.

Gas station attendant double charged me for redbulls. Two redbulls for 15 bucks? I think he erealized his mistake by the look on my face as I went to pay. I was going to check the receipt and show him but he just grabbed it and crumpled it up so I couldn't. Don't be dishonest.

I don’t recommend this pioneer location. Been coming here for the past 10+ years and will now have to go out of my way to get gas elsewhere but rather that than support this place any longer. I’m not sure if they have a gift card scam ring or just not giving new employees adequate training. Regardless it’s a problem brought to their attention by me personally 4+ months ago and can only imagine it’s happened to others. Still on going to this date.I purchased a gift card in September to give as a gift to later find out it was not activated. Fast forward weeks later where fortunately I still had the receipt laying around and could get a refund from them. A friend ran into the same troubles end of October and recently my elderly grandmother purchased me a gift card for me only to go use it and deal with these same troubles.It’s a problem they have acknowledged is happening and blame on user error which leads me to believe they are infact knowingly scamming people. Save yourself the trouble and just avoid this location.

The staff here was so nice. Regular prices. And the place smelt AMAZING.

I would rate this station as a 0, not a 1, very rude attendants, washroom is always out of service.

Went to go grab water and use the bathrooms, as i was waiting at the hospital down the street to drop someone off, got cashed out by a guy with both headphones in, reading a newspaper. Asked if i could uss the bathrooms just got bathrooms are closed" and that was that. If your looking for any shred of customer service dont come here"

Since when is this gas station closed at 10:30 every night for 10 mins . Its the only store nearby? I come here everynight for the past 10 years . I will change my review because i like this store but looking for an answer . Your day shift guy is amazing!!!

Paid $2 for air at the machine… it let out more air than it put in. The guage also doesn’t provide a correct measure of psi. Air should be free but if you’re going to make customers pay for it, then we please ensure the equipment is functional.Not worth arguing over the $2.

I’ve been coming here for years and now I’m not sure why anyone goes here. The staff are never friendly, the parking lot sucks to get around because the Tim’s is so busy all the time and their gas price is almost never what is posted on the sign. Why would you have a different price on the pump than what you put on your price sign? It’s misleading.
