I love this store. There are a few things i look at when i go into a furniture store. Product. Quality. Price and Customer Service.EQ3 furniture is for a few buyers; the modern, contemporary, mid-century furniture style types. If you like this store then you would also be into CB2 and Elte Mkt. None of these stores carry the same product, they look similar but slightly different.The product is great. they have tons of fabric selections and different styles of sofas. I am also a huge fan of furniture stores that place their furniture in a real natural setting, as opposed to slapping every square inch of the place with furniture merchandise.The prices are great i would have to say it's $$$. and its consistent throughout the store. A great selection. In terms of material Leather is real, marble is real. (if you are ever shopping around for a Marble table top - you should always ask where the marble comes from. i have seen the Chinese marble, even though it looks real it does not feel real. You can always justify the $ if its real material or fake material)The customer service was great. Sometimes its better to have a furniture store with a few staff members that are extremely knowledgeable then a store with 15 floor sales reps who dont know anything about furniture.Which is why i love their customer service. They are absolutely NOT pushy what so ever. So kind, very helpful and great knowledge of product.Also, another reason why i love this store... because i feel like i am virtually walking into their website. The website images are infact accurate to store products.

Ordered the daybed with 800 gray leather. Manufacting time: 6-14 weeks. Gave myself extra 4 weeks incase.. Recieved an email after 18th week saying it's not ready.I needed the day bed for a function at my place so I tried to see what my options are. Eq3 offered NOTHING, but to cancel it. I decided to wait since I've been waiting for so long. Didnt hear back from them after. Emailed them multiple times. Zero responce. When finally my roommate called, they said they didn't have any contact info to let me know the day bed is ready for pick up. I got the day bed after 24 weeks. Installation was easy but I was extremely disappointed with quality and its look.The poor stitching job is done with 2 colors, as if they ran out of gray and finished the rest with white. The pictures are much better than what it is. I am using a throw blanket to cover some of the embarrassing and messy stitches for now until i get used to the ugliness of it. I waited 2 days before I write this review so it wouldn't be an angry or unfair one.

Terrible customer service. Ordered a couch it's been 4 months!!!!! Still no time frame, and no apology nothing. Well beyond the expected 8-10 weeks initial estimate.All our friends who've ordered couches from crate and barrel, mobilia have gotten theirs in a reasonable time - stay away. Go to a different store and you'll get your furniture in a decent time

I visited the store on September 23 and was there for about 15 minutes. Not a single staff person asked to assist me. Customers tend to need help and have questions in a furniture store. The staff seemed to greet everyone else who walked in who was dressed nicer than me and weren’t racialized. I even stood beside a sales staff for a few minutes while they answered someone else’s questions. When they were done, the sales person walked away before I could even ask something.

Deandra was very helpful and made our in-store furniture shopping experience exceptional. Deandra took the time to go through the fabrics pinpointing what would be suitable for our lifestyle and showed us the couches we were interested in.Accessibility: automatic door opener, elevator to the second floor, but it was challenging to maneuver through some narrower areas in the showroom with a wheelchair.

Nelly was one of the best salespeople I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. She was extremely helpful and patient. She even texted me on her day off when she thought of something that may impact the outcome of the order. Kudos to EQ3 for finding this gem. I hope they treat her well.

had a great initial experience ordering our couch and expectations were set that the fabric was backordered and couch wouldn't be available for 4 months.we finally received the couch and the chair core was the wrong size. we call customer service and they said their manufacturing operations entered the order wrong.not the store's fault, but incredibly upsetting.the fabric is on backorder again. and the customer service said earliest is July-August. That's completely unacceptable.They should be able to find an alternative solution to manufacture this fabric overnight and get me the correct chair cores yesterday.Not sure how operations can be managed so wrong. And why is there a second manual entry of an order. We were really excited but now the experience is ruined and we're stuck waiting again.I expect to be compensated somehow. You've already taken my money and now you're making me wait for half a year.

Just received our custom-made blue velvet Cello sectional. The white glove service was smooth and easy, and the couch was ready quite a few weeks early. Humans and dog all very happy.
