Indigo Park Lot 123

Daily Parking - Extremely poor customer service (this is a common thing for Indigo Parking online I have found). Another issue is that their app does not work properly for payment (then you are issued a ticket even when a person tried to pay.) I would definitely recommend parking in any other lot than this one for short term stays in the west end of Downtown Calgary.Monthly Parking - Rates are ok and a code or key card is required for entry but there is no security patrol whatsoever and no cameras, so it may be worth it to look elsewhere as there are plenty of lots nearby with competitive rates, cameras, etc.

A very bad services .Don't advice it to anyone.They withdraw a money from my master card by mistake and they did not refund me.Also,they did not use gravel on the ramp and I was not able to drive on it.

There is no 24 hour call line, if you lose your key you're automatically stuck outside left to fend for yourself.
