The owner of this establishment should be reported to the business bureau. Cornwall should be ashamed to have such a place in their town.

Me and my girlfriend come here every week and it was okay until this week pure ice in front of the doors and going in we almost slipped. Coming out my girlfriend slipped and fell off the curb and was injured. Called the owner to tell him that there is ice in front of the doors and that my girlfriend just fell because of it. He told me he was here at 4pm and it happened at 7pm so he didn't do anything about it at the time. He then came to check and salted didn't care that my girlfriend was injured didn't say sorry was extremely rude. I won't be coming back here ever and I would advise others not to either very poorly run.

Just started going bk to this place and its way cleaner than before. Past few times its been really clean and I had to call the owner about a dryer and some stuck drinks and he came right away. Nice:)

NEVER going there again! Not only was it expensive, my blankets didn't wash properly and when I told this to the owner he blamed me for over loading the washer. I had put ONE blanket in each front load washer (as asked on the sign) and he STILL blamed me for overloading! I had REWASHED Two sheets (which Any wash can handle normally) and my sheets STILL didn't wash proper. I would not recommend that place to anyone! Very upset I wasted about $40 on laundry that never got washed and I had to waste more money going elsewhere just to get them clean.

I come here every single week, and usually have no issues other than a dirty washroom. Today when I showed up, like any other Sunday, it was extremely icy infront of the doors. I watched a middle aged man slip going in, my boyfriend slipped going in (both thankfully didnt fall) and when I was coming back out I slipped and did fall. My boyfriend called the owner to let him know what happened and to tell him to come and salt before someone else falls. He got there quickly but was extremely rude and agressive. He didn't ask if I was okay, didn't apologize and didn't show once ounce of him being sorry that it happened. All he could say was that he did salt, earlier that day. Clearly it didn't work, or he didn't come back to check. Realistically mistakes happen, and we all know that but the way he acted towards a loyal customer who spends at LEAST $20 a week at his establishment, was wrong. We will not be back. We will not spend any more of our hard earned money at this place. Extremely unprofessional and rude.

Despite being charged 9$ for the washer (I used double rinse with hot water) I am convinced they have the hot water turned off...I touched the door as it was washing, which caught my attention at first and than after the wash finished it was freezing cold when taking out.. I felt ripped off won't go back

Heavy loader buttons don’t work at all. Could only wash clothes on White. All my clothing is discoloured. Heavy loader dryers dont fully dry despite putting clothes in for 40 minutes. Ate 4 of my loonies and wouldn’t give them back. Washroom also had a bar of dirty soap so washing hands wasn’t really doable. If you own a company, you have to maintain it right?

The dryer I picked had quite the racket of noise so I was given my time worth in quarters to switch dryers! Chivalrous and the kindness. Love the stack of reading books and such at your convenience for passing the time!

There hasn't been hot water availability in the washers in a while. If the machine doesn't work after inserting money, don't call the proprietor because he doesn't respond.
