I was very happy with the outcome since I was told the repair would take at least 3 weeks and it turned out to be less than 1 week.After I received it I plugged it back in and it seemed to work fine.So to be sure, I took it to a GM Tech and he ensured me it was all up to current programing and working fine.The only con was the cost. However I had no alternative choice.Just happy to get my truck back and working.

The team at XeMODeX went above and beyond with the repair of my VW Infotainment System RNS-510 that kept rebooting.Very timely repair and was kept informed on the progress. Thanks again for also gluing the loose button and finding the correct adhesive.My radio system has been working better than ever for over a month now.Highly recommend using this repair service over rebuilt or third party replacement.

I sent in a TCM for a Duramax I owned. This was my only option to get this truck running again. Dealerships are having shortages on this part, trying to find one at a junk yard is like looking for a needle in a hay stack, and folks selling used ones out of wrecked trucks are asking far too much. XEMODEX came through and had my TCM repaired in no time. It was about three weeks from the time I dropped it off at a UPS store to when I received it returned and fully repaired. If I ever had an issue like this again, XEMODEX will be my go to for a fix. Thank you!!!!

We were Amazed at how quick the turn around was for XeMODeX to repair our GM-TCM on our 2009 GMC Sierra 2500 with the Duramax Allison Transmission. Our truck had been down for almost 3 months because GM quit making this part and we called all over the United States trying to find one. Our truck only had 89,000 miles on it and no one was able to help us until we were told about this company in Canada and how impressed they were on the Quality, Service and Effectiveness of their product. Awesome service! We have a 2013 Chevy 2500 diesel that we bought at the end of November 2022. We drove it for 2 weeks then the transmission control module (TCM) failed. We looked to get a new TCM with no avail. Used TCM’s are not guaranteed and very expensive. We couldn’t even find a new one. They are on back order and they keep pushing the available date out. Very, very frustrating. So our truck sat in the garage from December 2022 until June 2023 when my son came across Xemodex! They reprogrammed our TCM and got us back on the road again! Their turn around time was very quick and the shipping process was explained well and very easy. They reprogrammed the TCM and checked it to be sure it was functioning properly then carefully packed it up and shipped it back to us. We installed the reprogrammed part and have been running the truck for 3 weeks now. It’s so nice to be able to use the vehicle we have been paying monthly on finally!! We’re still waiting for the new part from the Chevy garage to come in.

My experience was excellent. They were able to repair my Chevy Duramax LML transmission control module. It took about 4 weeks from shipping out to receiving the repaired module back.

The whole process from start to finish. From printing the shipping label to waiting a relatively short time for my repaired TCM to return was a piece of cake. Wished I would have heard about these guys 7 months earlier when I thought waiting for a new part from GM to materialize that left my diesel truck parked inoperable, was actually going to happen. It never did. Thanks for fixing my faulty TCM and all I had to do was plug it back in and it's like nothing was ever wrong.

Absolutely the best!! What was over 4K to fix at my dealer cost us only a little over 400. Answered all of our questions about repair. Fixed quickly. And it worked perfectly!! I wrote an email to our VW dealer about this great experience and recommend they change their outdated practices of replacing with new only and consider partnering with great companies like this.Thank you!!

When I sent my TCM to XeMODeX I was in a real jam. Although I did receive a new unit from my local dealer before I got my unit back I was able to pass the repaired unit on to a young man in Oklahoma who paid me exactly what I paid XeMODeX. Your company lived up to my high expectations and I appreciate the work that was performed! Camping again!
