First off, don’t call on the weekends as your call probably won’t get returned as Ron is not open. Our dishwasher flooded two weeks ago, called Ron Monday morning and it was fixed in under an hour.Called again today with our garage refrigerator where the fan has gone. He answered when I called and I expect him here in a couple of hours which works well for us.Always get great service, and have had no reason to call him back on an issue already fixed.

Back in July I got pretty disparate when woke up to my fridge not cooling. Called Ron and he was able to get to me the same day which I greatly appreciated ! Not even two months later same issue occurred after it was fixed". Tried calling multiple times

Ron from Appliance Repairs Done Right initially came to our house to assess what parts were needed as our refrigerator was not holding the temperature. That was on June 28, 2018. He told me it would be 1-2 weeks for the parts. I waited 3 weeks. He hadn't called, so I called for the status of the parts and left a message. No communication. I waited another week, left another message, no call. I phoned this morning (August 10) and left another message. It has been 6 weeks and no communication. I phoned AGAMarvel and they said he has not ordered the part from them. We have used his company, in the past, for a Kitchenaid stove repair with no issues, but this lack of communication is unacceptable and disrespectful.

We needed a new element in our dryer. Ron quickly found it also needed a drum bearing which he had brought knowing most machines this age would need. His price was fair and he was quick in all aspects. We used him in the past and would recommend him.

Ron is a very nice guy and very courteous when in the house. As with other customers here, we had an unacceptable delay in getting parts needed but this is not Ron's fault. I would say, if you're using Ron for warranty work - take it upon yourself to stay in touch with the supplier as to the status of your parts. Ron has a lot of customers to care for and the supplier in our case was the reason for the delay. Once I got proactive with them, the parts came quickly and Ron was at our house 2 days later to get the job done. Highly recommend his professional service and knowledge.

he came to look at our whirlpool washer. he was honest and told us not to waste our money since repair would be about the cost of a new one. he also was very patient considering he's usually really busy and we weren't able to be home in time due to a car accident causing us to be late at the end of his day. he waited around and even offered to come by later that night but our tenants we able to let him in to have a look.
