Love Dr. Nguyen's work. I have had a great night guard built which Dr Nguyen spent a lot of time to make it fit perfectly, and I have just had a filling done which is completely invisible! And everyone there is lovely. Great for nervous patients. Highly recommend.

Dr. Nguyen is the most patient and knowledgeable dentist I've ever had. He and the staff are incredibly friendly. He's also very kind and takes time to explain dental care to guarantee lasting results. At previous dental clinics, I've often dealt with dentists who will recommend their most expensive procedures to get the most money out of you, but Dr. Nguyen was nothing like that. He was empathetic and worked with me to ensure I got the care I needed and didn't need to spend more than what I could afford. I used to go to the dentist feeling nervous, but here, I feel confident I'm getting the best possible experience. Thank you!

Highly recommend. I took a fall and chipped my tooth. They were able to get me in within 24 hours of calling, and I left with my front teeth looking better than even before the accident. Really gave me back my confidence to smile. Caring, no pressure, and a comfortable environment. I appreciate having everything explained to me. A+ experience.

Dr. Nguyen is, by far, the best dentist I’ve seen. He’s very knowledgeable and will give you the best advice. He’s so methodical with his work that it’s like artistry. Ivy, his assistant, is very helpful and reassuring. I really admire the personal attention they give to their clients. Their dental office is also immaculately clean.

Dr.Nguyen was referred to me by my regular dentist for a complicated extraction. It was over before I knew it. He was kind and experienced and knowledgeable and I would recommend him to any prospective new patients. His support staff were also very kind and professional. Dr. Tom is the most compassionate dentist I have ever known. He listened to me patiently while I was sharing my dental history and concerns. He took the time to respond to every question I asked. I went for a dental check-up and cleaning. I have never had gentler teeth cleaning experience in my life! I am so happy that I have finally found a dentist that I trust and that shows care for my dental health.

Dr. Nguyen is a total pro. Everything he does is with precision, and he does everything in a way that minimizes the pain.I called his office after reading some of the excellent reviews he had received. I was suffering from a massive toothache, and hoped to go jn the same day, but of course a doctor of Dr. Nguyen's skill was booked solid till next week. I said I would wait till then, but asked if they had a cancellation to call me. I received a call at 2:45 telling me to come in by 3:10. I arrived at 3:30 due to traffic, but Dr. Nguyen still saw me, did the x-ray, informed me I needed a root canal, and aksed if I wanted it done today. It was now 4pm, their normal closing time, but I guess he ddn't want me to go through anymore pain. His entire office staff stayed until 5pm for me, and he completed what turned out to be a complex double nerve canal with multiple xrays for the same price he quoted me for a normal canal. And this was all in less than an hour with minimal pain.The guy is a total pro. And he's now my dentist for life.

I have been going to see Dr.Tom for almost 14 years now. I can honestly say he is the most skilled and caring Dentist I have ever been around. He does everything to explain, inform and make a plan in regards to any treatment you may need. I have sent friends from work and in my everyday life to see him and they all have switched dentists. Ivy is a blessing as well! She always finds time for you in their busy schedule and is so pleasant to deal with. I moved 4.5 hours from Toronto and still keep Dr Tom as my my regular Dentist. Do yourself a favour and switch to Bloor and Dufferin Dental

I can't say enough good things about this place. I've been a patient of Dr. Nguyen's for more than 10 years, and he's absolutely the best dentist I've ever had (and I'm an old girl, 60+). He's seen me through some complicated (and not very pleasant) dental procedures and has always presented all of the options and recommended the best, most cost effective ones for me. The staff are also wonderful, especially Ivy, who always keeps me on track with my appointments. Just really lovely people all around. Highly recommend.
