Love, love the women's Jujuitsu class with Alex at the Torbay road location. Wasn't sure if it was for me but 2 months in and I am hooked. Not only learning how I can be stronger but each class I am getting fitter as well. They give a free trial class which is a way to get an idea if it is something you will like.
