The food was delicious! The customer service is good.. It is clear that these people love what they do, and I found that refreshing! Will for sure come back!

Horrible customer service. They got my first order over the phone wrong; when I tried explaining the issue over the phone, the lady at the other end would not replace our meal, and told us we would be charged for an additional meal instead. She kept a rude and aggressive tone throughout the whole call and hung up the call while the situation was still unresolved.
When we went to the store to get our refund, the lady kept a condescending and aggressive attitude, maintaining that we were in the wrong, despite them not getting our order right, nor explaining properly how their menu work. She effectively told us to shut up, and threatened to call the police.
If you do not want to be treated poorly as a customer, I advise you to avoid going to this restaurant at all cost!

Friendly service. Fast delivery. Only complaint is that the portion sizes have gone down during the pandemic, which is understandable though. I order the salt and pepper squid every week.

The best! Everything is so good and fair priced, big fan of their bubble teas! They even have gluten free and vegan options which is a ++. There’s only one waitress and even if she’s alone the customer service is still amazing 10/10

Best iced Café Au Lait. Especially on a hot day. Hands down. Even my S.O. won't stop talking about it and he doesn't even drink coffee. It's that good.I have been there just once, but this café made a really good impression on me! The iced latte was really tasty, and I enjoyed the relaxed, casual atmosphere.

Before the pandemic this place was our go to place for Chinese food; we ordered from here 2-3 times a month. We recently ordered from here during the pandemic and the quality has stayed the same, however the portion size has gone down drastically. We used to have leftovers for atleast another meals. Unfortunately that wasn’t the case now. I understand that the pandemic has hit small businesses a lot but it’s unfortunate that I don’t think I’ll order here again.

Very quaint restaurant, with excellent food.The General Tao is probably the best in Chateauguay. Have taken out meals several times and each time it seems better. Have eaten in the restaurant on occasions, and truly is a wonderful atmosphere and the meals are divine.

Delishious food! My family and I love it here. The cozy atmosphere inside is lovely. Being vegan, I often have a hard time finding options in restaurants, but here I had no such proplem! My personal favorite combo is the tofu, rice and veggies. Yum! I definitely recommend!

We get to Chateauguay several times a year for family visits, during which we usually go out for lunch. We're always on the lookout for new eating options, and this was our first time at this restaurant. The three of us each tried a different chicken dish (five-spice, curry, and pineapple), and we were all pleased with the quality and quantity of our meals. Better yet, my friend and I shared the sauteed eggplant with basil, and it was excellent. Service was a bit slow (the restaurant was fairly empty, but a number of people came in to pick up takeout while we were there), but friendly, and our water glasses were kept topped up. This is not haute cuisine, but this place offers good value, and we will definitely return.

Food is okay at best. Service leaves a lot to be desired. Atmosphere is down right DANK! We've since discovered Zen Noodles (on d'Anjou Blvd) and it's waaaaay better in all respects: food, price, portion, service and atmosphere.OUR EXPERIENCE at Soup Et Nouilles: My mother (a polite and quiet senior woman) was there with several of her friends for a luncheon when she accidentally dropped her glass of water and it broke on the floor. The owner came out and started raising her voice at my mother demanding she pay for the broken glass - this nastiness took place in front of my mother's friends and other customers! My mother was stunned and caught off-guard and refused to pay based on the approach the owner took with her. The owner then threatened to call the police!! A funny story to repeat now - regardless, we don't give them anymore of our business. All for the best anyhow because we discovered Zen Noodles as a result. That's Karma, baby! and it's spelled Ha Ha Ha Ha!
