Lovely store with lovely ladies helping out. Prices are towards the upside, but the quality is definitely worth it. Shirley measured and fitted me and was lovely, making sure i was comfortable and had options. Wild definitely recommend!

I purchased two bras. Both are uncomfortable and I voiced my concern during the appointment that I found them too tight. The person who assisted me assured me that they would stretch out. I have bruising from one bra after wearing it for a few days, and it was supposed to be wireless which is what I asked for, and it has a wire on the sides. I wore the other wired bra for 10 minutes and couldn’t handle how uncomfortable it was. I was not even measured, she just referenced a previous size even though I said my body has changed since I last shopped for bras. (Post breastfeeding for example). They don’t do direct returns (which I wasn’t told about at the time of purchase) so I am hoping that trying a different associate or location will help get me fitted more properly. Overall, disappointed as bras are not inexpensive.

When we first arrived on monday, it was VERY busy. The 3 staff members were running around like chickens with their heads cut off. The first staff member I dealt with was less than ideal. She brought me 1 option to try on in a color I didn't want and then disappeared. The item she brought me was actually broken, and when I mentioned that she said it was the only one of that size so I got dressed and left the fitting room. I had to wait for my friend, or else I would have just left then and there.Robyn, the owner, came over and insisted that I try on a few more options. I politely declined but she was persistent in having me get back into a fitting room, so I went. She put me in several options and had me put my shirt on, put it on backwards, push my shoulders back, jump/jiggle, to ensure that I was really IN the bra. She found me exactly what I had been looking for. I have terrible bra shopping anxiety and she really made it a good experience for me in the end. This is a great place and if you get assistance from someone you aren't enjoying, I would just kindly ask to deal with Robyn if she's available. Or try and call ahead to deal with Robyn directly. She knows her stuff and has the patience to be dealing with customers.

My sister recommended this store to find a fitted, comfortable bra after gaining excess weight for the past two years. The store is clean, full of variety, budget friendly options, but also quality made!!and my experience was a very positive one. Sherry served me wonderfully. She was very courteous, considerate and asked excellent relevant questions and listened carefully to me. Within a couple of minutes I had a bra for a starting point ‘try on’, and within 5 min I was wearing exactly what I needed and preferred these days - nothing more, which is wireless with FULL coverage (Brand: Chantelle). I was also pleased with Sherry’s suggestion to purchase a ‘bra extender’ so I can eventually wear my collection of lingerie bras (I didn’t know such things existed!)I’ll be back again!

I have been at multiple stores now that specialize in bras, but nothing compares to Midnight Magic, it is THE store for me. Everytime I come in I am always able to find something that I'm looking for and if by chance they do not have the item, they are always willing to order it in for me to try on before I purchase. I have been dealing with Debbie at the store and she is just phenomenal, always friend and remembers my needs and wants. Highly recommend this store.

Had such a great experience. I have MS and recently gained a lot of weight from medication, and was having a really hard time finding bra sizes.Sherri was so helpful, she a me and helped me find a great fitting bra in my budget. This will definitely be my new Go to and I would recommend it to anyone wanting a more professional service or can't fit in regular stores!

I have been shopping at Midnight magic for over 10 years and have been very satisfied up until my last shopping experience. I purchased 4 bras and two were not the right size but when I purchased I was told they were a good fit. I definitely should not have bought them I realize that now but was told they were great fit at the time of trying them on.Anyway I waited too long ,1 1/2 months, to ask about an exchange I didn’t realize it was a 7 day exchange I have never brought anything back before! Long story short there was no refund or exchange available not even a 10% offer. I was just really surprised that being a loyal customer and after spending a lot of money over the past 10 years I was not offered any financial compensation. I probably will not be back.But the person who helped me was very pleasant. ☺️

I recently stopped in to get fitted for a proper bra. I cannot express how thrilled I am with the service I received, and the bras that I purchased. Heidi (I believe!) was amazing - funny and made me so comfortable. She found a several bras for me that were just perfect. I am in love with what I purchased. Can’t thank y’all enough and I will most certainly be back.

Wonderful customer service! Sherry, who helped me, is warm and efficient. I purchased a post-surgery compression garment for my mom and Sherry took the time to explain their return policy (which is more than reasonable). This was helpful as my mom wasn’t able to travel to the store for a try on. We’ll be back for a bra fitting once my mom is healed. Thank you!
