I was very hesitant about chiropractic care but decided to go when my aches and pains could no longer be ignored. Doctors Gail and Jared were extremely patient during my first visit and took the time to explain the underlying science behind everything. I felt a noticeable improvement even after just the first adjustment with Dr. Gail, and have been having regular adjustments ever since. The first time she adjusted my neck, I felt 5 years of stress melt away! I truly did not anticipate just how much chiropractic care would be able to help with the aches and pains that come with an office job - plus Dr. Gail is so knowledgeable and thoughtful - I've seen a noticeable improvement in my holistic well-being as a result. I had an amazing experience at this office! Dr. Bridget was thorough, compassionate and so so kind. I felt like they really took the time to make sure my needs were addressed and set me up in the best way to improve my health. 5 stars!

Very bad experience. I would never go to this place for a massage. The receptionist was so rude to my wife. Don't waste your time. There are so many other options in Chestermere.Reply: Yes. I totally understand the policy to charge for no-shows and cancellations within 24 hours. I was ready to pay for that me on my next visit. Even I offered the first time as well. If you want to charge within a time frame, you should directly contact me. I would come and pay any time. But the way the receptionist asked my wife (in front of other clients) to pay before her massage was very unprofessional and rude. We were regular visitors at Chestermere Family Chiropractic, not just one time. Very disappointed with your reply. Never ever visit this place.

Unfortunately I came in for an adjustment and some support with severe back and shoulder pain. I wasn't given the run down" of their procedures over the phone so passed up other practices hoping to use something closer to home. Ended up waiting half hour to basically be told only an assessment for treatment and Ling term goals and no adjustment... but I could come back the next day...As a single mother working in calgary but living in chestemere I would like my time to be as valuable as theirs. And treated with the same level of respect prior to any appointment. This was a waste that I took a day off work for.Really disappointed in the lack of information and knowledge given so I could have made a more effective decision in regards to my current pain.On the plus side the dog is a great touch as well as the kids area to color and relax.Going forward I do hope staff are able to express the protocols and procedures to new clients or patients seeking relief and help prior to there appointment to avoid having either parties time wasted."

The office is beautiful, the staff is super friendly, and I felt extremely comfortable here. Dr. Jared and Dr. Bridget are welcoming and kind. I highly recommend Chestermere Family Chiropractic. Oh, and Roger is a great office pup :)

Beautiful office with staff that are absolutely top notch. Dr. Jared is extremely caring, knowledgeable and truly puts your health above all. I can’t recommend him enough. On top of everything, their dog Roger is super cute!!

I am so happy and grateful that I have come across this clinic. They are the most thoughtful and helpful staff. My husband has been in back pain his whole life and after a few sessions with Ted, his pain is gone! My whole family comes here now!

This family has been my life saver! I started many years ago with Dr. Jerod’s Dad Dr. Ted! Once Dr. Ted retired I continued with Dr. Jerod & Dr. Bridgette! AMAZING care I received & continue to receive for myself & my entire family! We drive from Calgary & it’s well worth it! Especially to see Roger everyday as well! We love Cassie as well as she is always squeezing me in at the last minute when I can barely walk or have a migraine! THANK YOU! Highly recommend these chiropractor’s!
