Menchies Frozen Yogurt
Not a lot of variety at this location, however my biggest concern was just how dirty everything was. We got there at opening and all the topping spoons were filthy and the floors were dirty. Everywhere I looked it was sticky and dirty and crumbs everywhere. This place has not seen a proper clean in a long time. This will be the only time I go to this location

WARNING: LAZY BENCHOD / BAD ATTITUDE / BAD PRICESWe asked the little Indian boss that is also a servant working there for the price of the cheese cakes and cuts me off mid sentence starts talking on the phone, HOW RUDE! Don't you understand the value of your customers Benchod? You don't dismiss customers for a phone call when they are ready to order, but by the way he looks hes not very bright. Anyway once he got off the phone i asked again and he said $8 plus tax so about $10 for a lousy cheesecake, not today Baljeet BenchodThe negative comments are right this place really is bad, looks like me and my family were not the only ones treated badly. Next time I will definitely check for negative reviews to avoid ever coming in to a place like this.DON'T BOTHER COMING HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR DAY RUINED!

Definitely not surprised to see the many bad reviews for this menchie location. Terrible customer service. The only old man working attempting to run the show did not make any sense. All I kept thinking was This is awful

very very very unclean facility. It even smells funky when you walk in. The frozen yogurt is not frozen. It's watery. The bathroom is probably harboring diseases. Theres a comb and hair all over the sink? The elderly person running it could be cleaning the disgusting surfaces and floor as there are never any customers but too busy watching movies on his phone. No sample cups, no waffle cups, no cheesecake factory cakes like advertised. Also handling spoons with his bare hands after touching his phone. Just not the menchies" experience that you get from other locations. The signature white chairs are not white here

Last time I came here was 7 or 8 years ago in elementary school, used to go often after school with friends and was a great spotCame in today, place is really unsanitary, most flavors are out of stock, and really bad service from the guy working there. If you can’t be bothered to answer a simple question and show an attitude why run a business in this day and ageDidn’t even buy anything. Place has really gone downhill

Actually rated ZERO stars! Maybe NEGATIVE 5 , lowest of the lowest star rating!Absolutely a rude late 50's/mid 60's aged man who was at the counter. First, he was a grumpy when we asked if he accepted the Fido Mobility Entertainment Coupon. Then he complained that I was fighting too much with the yogurt dispenser (and I was not). Next, he attempted to resist honouring the two coupons we had for each of us, paying for ourselves. We each had our own Fido Mobility account, and each coupon had its own unique special code, entitling a 50% off discount, max $5. He finally did concede and processed each coupon and purchase separately.We asked for receipts, and he became very sarcastic, mocking our request for only a couple dollars" (in fact

I walked in and witnessed the worst customer service by an older man behind the counter (probably the owner). I observed on 3 different occasions when a customer would ask a question he would laugh in their face, it came across as very malicious, I have never ever witnessed such poor customer service. In addition the entire cold topping section was empty, which was very frustrating because he easily could have gone in the back to refill it. Also there were no little sample cups so we had to ask for them, he very dramatically and rudely pulled out just one, he refused to give my partner one, and the other customers also requested some and he reluctantly gave them one, I have never experienced this at any other menchies, in fact they normally offer you multiple sample cups. Overall I am shocked to have witnessed the rudest owner interaction with customers, we will never come back.

The taste is good, but the consistency of the ice cream is not very hueno. It is very expensive for quality. There are other places of better quality and flavor at a lower price.I would definitely not buy here again

Very rude owner! Wouldn't recommend this place.Update after the owners comment: when it comes to dealing with people, this man has 0 skills!There is a way to say things and how to talk to people.Try using PLEASE and THANK YOU next time. It will help. And try greeting people with a smile instead of commenting on how they look!
