Unfortunately, I was not able to get my refund for cancel booking . The customer service told me on the phone that the cancellation was in time and my money will be refunded. It look like is is not managed professionally.

Rented a seadoo from Pigeon Lake Boat Rentals for an hour on 26AUG2022 around 5pm, went out by myself and also with my 4 year old son and 6 year old nephew.Met with the owner Mindy and her son. Both were very polite and kind. They talked to us for a bit and were very welcoming.We went out for a ride and enjoyed ourselves. Everything went smoothly.I would recommend this business, and would definitely return myself.

Pigeon Lake Boat Rentals
Customer service was great but I had booked a canoe for Monday. I was told that they were closed but would make an exception and was assured someone would be there for the time of my booking. Guy was a no show and completely ruined our plans for the day. Wasted my time and money. I did get a refund but we were really looking forward to getting out on the water. I messaged on Google to see what was going on and was told the guy would come and help us out. But this was about 30 minutes after the booking time and we had already made other plans. If you are closed on Monday’s. Those time slots should be blocked off the calendar on the website.

I enjoy renting here. Joe and son are friendly. Ill definitly recommend this boat rentals they provide everything to put the kayak into our car (except for the roofrack). And even we return the kayak so late jo still give us a time to enjoy the lake. Thanks again

We had an awesome time kayaking here! Joe was very friendly and helpful. The prices are very good as well! It's super convenient to come down from Edmonton for a quick excursion. Can't wait to see what happens once the kitchen is up and running as well!
