Incredible shop, commissioned them to make custom hats for my Beer League team, I’m a picky customer and the staff here was able to create what I wanted in perfection, incredibly short turnaround time for a huge order, the friendliest, most down to earth staff anyone could ever wish to deal with, each member of their staff went above and beyond to satisfy my order to perfection, such an impressive collection of sharp, new, and unique hats I couldn’t help buying off their shelf too while placing my order. Shop is spotless and every piece of merchandise is made sure to be in pristine perfect condition. I can’t express how well and easy it is to deal with this location.

Called in at 6:00pm talked to someone named Jenna. I asked in a digital copy I had made in Calgary was accessible here in Edmonton. I had mention a few times I wanted to get a hat and Touques embroidered. She said she didn’t know and would contact her manager right away as she had just left, and would could call me back with an answer right away. At 7 I called again and a guy answered responding with he don’t have answers for me and dosnt know anything. I asked for Jenna he said she was on lunch and would be back in 20 mins. I called again at 8:00 twice and no answer. If this is the way you deal with customer service then I don’t think I wanna do business with you. You don’t just speak and act for just your store but the brand of all Lids stores. I wanted to spend my hard earned money there tonight for special reasons. I will not shop at your store, nor will I recommend anyone to your store. I hope others at least get some decent service from you.

The dude at the register last week didn't bother putting on his mask over his nose or mouth the entire time. Kinda felt a little disrespected - while he may not care about Covid, I still would prefer people mask up around me, and because it's also mandatory. I donno, I liked your selection of hats, but not your response to the pandemic.

Nice store good selection but you will get followed around and watched like a hawk hard enough deciding which hat when theres hudreds dont need to be followed around and watched took my buisnesss elsewhere

They always hook me up wit good hats. They have an embroidery machine so I can get hats customized. The prices have recently got more expensive

Less then a week until superbowl and the number 1 provider of sports team hats I Canada doesn't have stuff for the super bowl teams. So lame, so typically Canadian. Not impressed at all have turned to spending extra money and buying off the NFL shop for any hat now

I went to Lids Kingsway late last year to have a couple of hats embroidered.The customer service is a little lacklustre, no one really asked if I needed help, and then trying to make eye contact and grab someone's attention was difficult (store wasn't busy) so I felt kinda rude being like uh

Hours for Sunday are inaccurate, it wasn't open at 10AM, still was the open at 10:40 when I checked again

Some improvements could be made to inventory options. Actually observed staff being very friendly and helpful with customers. The store is clean and well organized. Although some teams and options could be improved, overall the selection is good. Prices are competitive to products at other retailers.
