Do not take care of their properties or monitor that some of their tenants do. Bringing my property value down and a true eye sore on what is otherwise a beautiful street. Weeds, dead lawn, garbage, screen on front lawn, etc. etc. etc. Dogs and cats roaming free on the street. Should not all rental contracts have some conditions as to acting as a good neighbor and taking care of the property and yard?
