BMO Bank of Montreal

Honestly hands down worst bank I've banked with ill be switching banks very soon.

Everytime I walk through the BMO parking lot from the Baker Street parking lot, I get harassed by the security guard who has nothing better to do with his day then yell at me and assume I parked in the BMO parking lot... IF I did park in that lot, he would have seen me do it. That is if he was doing his job. It's even more sad that the manager is okay with the security guard harassing people for no reason. Will never use BMO again.

Hate that they close so early, every other business downtown is open until @ least 5pm usually later. That's the closes bank to me but I have to go way out of my way & go to the bmo on Woodlawn since I work Fromm 8 am to 5 pm like normal business

I usually go here to cash a government cheque. There's usually never a line. Sometimes the teller will say I need an account or give me a headache until another associate sorts it all out.

What in Gods name is this indication of a Bmo bank branch doing here on George street? Never has been a Bmo here!

Fariahl continues the chain of excellent service I have received at BMO St. George's Square, since 1982. I tried two other branches which are closer to my current home who were very unsatisfactory in providing assistance in unblocking my card and online banking. With courtesy, professionalism, patience, good humor, and efficiency, Fariahl resolved my problem in a matter of minutes. Thank you Fariahl!

some good tellers there very helpful but not very easy to access help when they limit amount of customers to 1 per session sometimes due to short staff claims

Terrible service they close the bank machines way too early I went down at 3 in the afternoon and the doors were locked ?? What the h*¿¡

Great staff. Helpful and Friendly. Good parking. Free Coffee a nice touch. This has been my only bank for a decade. I'm so glad I found my way there when I did. Never a problem. Exceptional product delivery. Phone service outstanding.

Dissatisfied with this BMO location as i am constantly harassed by the older security man. I work downtown Guelph and i parked in baker lot and walked through BMO parking lot, and got profusely yelled at for walking away from BMO bank assuming i parked in their lot. Not only was he not at his location he was in RBC lot where both men continued to yell at me for allegedly parking at BMO. Threatening me that i will get ticketed and followed me close to cork street. This isnt the only time the elderly security man has harassed me. I do not feel safe going to my main branch anymore. It was disgusting how BMO and RBC security treated me. Went in to talk to branch manager and sided more with the security employee. I will be switching banks..
