Not open weekends. Pet in distress. Voice-mail left with no call back even when open on Monday. Our pet suffered for hours until death. Despicable veterinary practice.

Had a wonderful experience when my mini dash hound ripped off one of his toenails, Doc Amanda was compassionate and quick to deal with the situation, the cost was half of what I expected it to be, Tika now has a new veterinarian, thank you Magnolia Veterinarian Clinic and Doc Amanda

Was told for “drop offs” were first come first serv, well they didn’t inform me that drop off slots are held like an appointment. Went to bring my dog in and was LIED TO saying others were in front of me when there was ZERO people there in the building AND parking lot. Not the first time I’ve went to them for help and was turned away. WOULDNT recommend. Staff was friendly but Do not inform the public properly of their protocols.

The staff at Magnolia are amazing! So friendly and you can see they definitely love the work they do and the animals they work with. I took both my cats to get a spay and neuter they took them both together (same day and drop off same time) and they were kind and welcoming! When I picked up my cats that afternoon I was given clear instructions verbally and written and was also told they had washed the blanket my cats had in the carrier as they were soiled from the cats. Definitely went above and beyond for my fur babies! I will be back as I’ll be bringing my dog in to get spayed in 2 months! I Will never ever look for another vet clinic in or around Bonnyville, they are it for me! I definitely recommend going to see them for your pets needs! The prices are extremely reasonable as well.

A little back story is that I had switched to Magnolia after hearing great things about them. I had only been there a few times! They were the only clinic to call me back as I was in distress and watching my oldest baby pass(we didn't realize that was coming). They were and still are so compassionate. Had to put down my step daughter cat today and they were very supportive and explained the whole procedure before do it. It was very peaceful. Not sure how they ate at other things but I would most definitely go back for any of my pets needs

Brought my dog here for the first time after hearing amazing thing. He came for his neuter, I was so nervous because he’s my sweet baby. They showed him so much affection the second we walked in. Kept me updated the whole time and the price was AMAZING. Not only that but he’s healing beautifully. You would not even know he had a procedure, he’s so comfortable and doing so well in his recovery. Amazing staff, pricing and care.
