I went in to get information and advise on Costa Rica and got almost none.She searched for flights on Westjets' website and the best she could do was $1500. I did it for half as much an hour later on my own.I asked when I was leaving, if she could tell me if it is a good country to visit. A lady at the back of the room said I'm going there next week. Why didn't she share any information with me about what she learned planning for her trip?
