While the service was okay. We were promised that the connection fee would be waived. It was not. I asked about it after a month and i was told to wait for the next billing cycle saying oh just wait" I have yet to see the credit for the connection fee on my bill."

I have bought iPhone 12 and I met Sanjeev he was so knowledgeable and helpful. The way they are able to get any phone with any colour with no waiting. I was looking for blue iPhone 12 blue I was not able to find anywhere I got it here. Thanks for amazing service I will refer many people to this place.

I had a great experience at this mobile store. I was assisted by Mr. Patel, who was professional, very knowledgeable, and patient. He helped me find the best solution for me and my daughter saving me a lot of money. I came out of there, and he even made me save $50 on my grocery at Superstore through PC points. I truly recommend them!

Had the most wonderful experience upgrading my phone here! If you're looking for any type of help with your device or plan, go here and ask Connor or Steve. They are super friendly, patient and kind. One of the best experiences I've ever had dealing with a mobile provider. I wouldn't buy a phone from anyone else!

Mr. Patel and Sanjeev were so good and very helpful to find me a best deal in koodo. I have been to cosco Walmart but no guys were knowledgeable like them and they were so patient and answer my all questions and help me to understand my new device. I highly recommend. I will be permanent customer of this location now. I was in different locations of superstore but they were pushing me to buy bit no help but this location they were so patient and so helpful. Specially Patel was patient during my questions about device and my bills regarding questions.

My wife and I were helped by Connor, and got our new plans done with Virgin Mobile. He was very knowledgeable, cheerful, and helpful. He answered all our questions patiently despite it was very busy at the time. I had a very goodvl experience dealing with Harris and his colleague. They had demonstrated a high professional attitude when I got issues. I had rarely such an experience during 24 years leaving in Calgary. They monitored each of my issue with big patience and knowledge, following up with calls to insure the issue is fixed. I really appreciated the way the handled the problems. It is very encouraging. Many thanks for both of you.
