Disappointed. Asked for no room and both drinks came half empty. I can’t believe this. Never had an issue like this before at any other location. If we picked the “no room” option I expect no room to be left especially not half the cup. Waste of money do not come to this location.

As always, the staff was exceptionally friendly and polite. Atmosphere was what you would expect from a Starbucks Cafe. The design was a little different, which was nice but clean and good layout.

I grabbed a Caramel Ribbon Crunch frap and an Iced Coffee for my spouse. The drinks were just the right amount of sweet and a nice treat. Of course we know that most of the Starbucks have employees from The Good Place (if you have ever watched the show then you will understand the reference). The gentlemen who provided me my order was very nice. I even got a complimentary pump of vanilla in my beverage, so many thanks to him for that!P.S. If you think that a cold drink is no good for the winter, think again. It is great for any season.

I had been studying and the barista came over with a refill and was nothing but helpful the entire time I was there, definitely will be coming back - love the atmosphere and will be a new study spot of mine :)

The only reason I am giving a 4 is the price. The turkey bacon/egg/cheese sandwich was delicious and the iced coffee with less sugar and cream was perfect, but wow, it's expensive. I will likely return, but corporate needs to level the pricing to align to the other coffee shops. The iced coffee tasted the same as other similar venues.

To drive 20 minutes to the only open Starbucks in the region, ask for a coffee and ice water (I always have my 3 shots of espresso with ice water) and be told you have to walk in to ask for water when l at the same location and all locations around they give you the water over the drive thru.If you are lazy, just close, don’t make up policies that doesn’t exist.

They've got great staff who are friendly and polite. The only problem I see is the amount of school kids that kill the atmosphere around 4:30
