I went in on a whim. I’ve been having a rough pregnancy and needed some relaxing bath products to help me sleep. Needless to say one of the staff members went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make me happy. I purchased 2 bath bombs and a bubble bar, as I was ringing my purchase she handed me some free samples. Me thinking it’s one or two, NO she gave me multiple things to try including a face mask and foot rubs and body lotion. I am beyond happy. The note made me cry (Blame the Pregnancy Hormones) but I didn’t get her name but if you see this and remember me please know I’m so appreciative as I don’t always have money to spend on multiple products. I will be back and I will recommend your store 10 fold. Thank you sincerely. Your staff and store are always very welcoming and willing to help with anything. I will be back.

A good friend of mine introduced me to the Shangri La face cream, and I will never buy Vaseline for Men again! I have struggled with dry, oily skin my whole life, this stuff is easy on my skin and feels amazing. I couldn't afford a full pot, I lamented saying, I guess my skin will be dry and sad until payday :("; the attendants immediately gave me an amply-filled sample that will last me for another week or more! I wish I remember their names

I had an amazing experience with Bella on Tuesday; truly memorable! I went into the shop having a hard morning with no intentions in mind, and I had the most genuine, amazing conversation with Bella. It was a quiet morning in the mall so Bella was able to give me her full attention and she had so much product knowledge. I left so impressed and just overall so well taken care of as a customer!

I absolutely love this place. I love the friendly staff. The knowledge they have about the products. The store is over powering with scents but for me it's not like ugh... I have a headache now from all that smell... It's nice scent. The products are as natural as they can get. There lots of vegan options. Which is a huge winner for our family. I find the price not bad. But you also have to understand the products used are natural and organic and that costs more. So in the long run, it's worth it. The mask in the picture is one of the best. I love the smell, how it feels on my skin. I am usually a moisturizer person after washing my hands and face, but with this face mask I don't need any moisturizers. Must try their products. Make up, bubble bath, lotions, shampoos and conditioners, face wash, toothpaste, mouth wash.. and so much more.
