This place has great customer service, I was smiling the entire time I was here. The poutine was great and cheesy just the way I liked it. Perfect saltiness on the friesss. Totally recommend.

I'm blown away at the incompetentce of a young female employee...She is not qualifies to work at this place... I feel bad for her parents.Food quality is as expected with a mall food court.Never going back to that location.

Our minor hockey group was lucky to have this New York Fries location as a sponsor. Lunch was extremely well organized and the kids (and parents) enjoyed the time together and of course, the food. On behalf of the Gloucester Cougars U13 B1 team, we thank you!

I will always love New York Fries. Never missed with me. It's a food court, so I gave the atmosphere a low score. Never any real good seating. BUT NYF you are amazing.
