I did couple massage here for my partner’s birthday present. The experience was way beyond what I expected! Kaho treated me and she got all the points I wanted her to massage.(without even telling her!) Her hands are so magical that I had to ask her after the treatment which tool she used other than hands but turned out she just used all her arms and hands. My partner is super satisfied too! I would 100% go back ;)

(I was NOT asked by the owner to change my review.) ***Original Post: Booked an appointment for my nails to get done for my wedding. Was very specific about wanting someone experienced. When I got there they had booked me with someone that had barely a year experience, and when I asked to a French manicure (fairly basic I thought) she said she didn’t know how to do those yet.Unfortunately two of my nails had bubbles in them, and again, due to these being for my wedding, I did not want to risk them lifting or anything. I asked to have those two nails fixed.The girl proceeded to file my one nail down so far it started to burn. When I looked at it, she had not only filed the gel off, but most of my nail as well. Where it should have been hard nail, was soft and squishy. I had assumed they would discount the price due to the tech not knowing how to do French, having bubbles in two nails, and then filing WAY to much off, but they did not. The did give me a $10 bottle of nail strengthener but that was it.Even through the gel, my one nail was very sore to touch for about 2 weeks after.The staff were friendly, but unfortunately after asking for someone experienced, and having everything go poorly because they were not, it was a disappointing experience.No issues with my pedicure.

I’ve come several times for dermabrasion facials and have seen Kaho every time. She’s amazing! Very gentle, always explains what she’s doing, and makes great recommendations for my skin. She also has a comforting touch, so relaxation is very easy when having a service with her. I’ll be back for sure!

BE CAREFUL OF THIS PLACE. The owner Erina buys fake reviews from google as well gets her employees to leave reviews. As well these estheticians are not even certified. They turn peoples nails yellow etc. No actually they are not licensed or accredited to do do what they are doing. NONE OF THERE MACHINES ARE LICENSED. You have required about buying fake reviews, and now you are denying lol. Carina is NOT CERTIFIED uncovered my breasts while doing a massage. Turning peoples nails yellow. STAY AWAY IT IS NOT WORTH THE MONEY GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. These people get there family and friends to leave reviews so sad. THE OWNER DOESN'T CARE THEY ,MAKE FUN OF THE BIGGER CLIENTS SAYING THEY DON'T NEED TO BE HERE AS WELL TALK ABOUT CLIENTS

I got my lashes curled and tinted here. Through no fault of anyone working there, it didn't really take. So I emailed and asked for it to be re-done. Spa A'lita was so incredible about it. They re-did my lashes (which look amazing now!) and they gave me a full refund. It was just such incredible customer service. I can't recommend Spa A'lita enough.

Today was my birthday and I was truly pampered. It was amazing!!! I had the Jade Sauna Wrap and the Mini Facial with Naoko. I feel fabulous. Thank you to all the lovely ladies who work there for making my day special.

I had hands down the best massage followed by an incredible pedicure and a very professional bikini wax. This spa is very clean, and organized. I feel amazing after my visit. Thank you ladies!

A wonderful spa in the Westshore. I’d recommend requesting Kaho. She gives the best massages and excellent pedicures and manicures!
