I've had several repairs done by Jason and his team. I have absolutely nothing bad to say.They are genuine, and are really there to help you, which they always succeed at. They do their homework, too help you save money, so kudos too JMR. My wife and I are new to Strathmore, and we're very happy to them here.

Jay has helped me with several mechanical issues with my vehicles. He is able to diagnose the issue effectively and offers to find the required parts for the repair. He helps get you into the shop asap and does the repair in a timely manner. He offers his wisdom on how/why things break in sequence which has left me with a greater understanding of vehicle maintenance so I can do I better job taking car of my vehicle in the future. Jay has become the gold standard for a mechanic.

Very happy with the repairs done on our 2010 Toyota Rav4We had the Intake camshaft sprocket replaced and Jay seemed to very knowledgeable. The Repairs were done in a couple days and the price was less than what was quoted! We will make the drive back for our next big repair.

JMR was AMAZING!!! I was having trouble with my car as I was driving through from Medicine Hat and stopped at OK Tire but it was 4:45 and there were no techs left. I asked if they knew anyone else and they suggested JMR. I think it was Jake (young man) who went for a ride with me then hoisted my car up after moving some cars around and gave me a diagnosis. Very professional and kind. I would for sure go there if I lived in the area!!!
