Absolutely pleasant in beginning bend over backwards to help but when you are finished with the service just like an ex wife hard to please and nickel and dime of no reason will never ever get Shaw service again

Went into the office and service was amazing. Unfortunately the call centre folks don’t have the local knowledge needed to hook me up but at the office I got setup in under 5 minutes, took the modem home, hooked it up myself and was up and running within 10 minutes and haven’t had a single outage.

Customer service within the last 3 years has completely tanked and dropped into a absolute state of despair. The standard per my experience is an average of half hour to hour and a half hold times to try to communicate via phone with Shaw Communications and even once communication is made there is often a run-around of indecision of what can and cannot be done on their part. My wife attempted to cancel the account that is in my name but she has been accessing and utilizing exclusively for the entirety of our time using Shaw and yet when she attempted to cancel after waiting on hold for nearly an hour they stated that they could not cancel it unless they spoke with me. The run-around is unending I strongly suggest anyone and everyone avoid Shaw like a plague at this point.

Expensive for the service provided. Internet always crashing and having issues, now my cable has started having issues as well. Their only solution is to change hardware.....maybe get some weekend employees then so we don't have to miss work everytime the hardware needs to be changed

I was really pleased with the customer service today. The help and guidance was really appreciated. The guy I spoke with was super friendly and such a sweetheart! Can’t remember his name but I know he’s based in Vancouver! :)

The service was so terrible, my office had to switch to Sasktel. I would not recommend Shaw to anyone. When we made the switch over to Sasktel, Shaw was very difficult to deal with and would not release our phone and fax numbers in a timely fashion.

Worst customer service I have ever had. Had shaw for last 2 years then I decided to go with another provider and they are trying to charge me a extra 1/2 mth. When I have a slip saying I sent there equipment back 2 days before my contract was up with them. I will never deal with shaw again. I dare them to come to my door.

Just before New Year's Day, a call was made to Shaw in hopes of getting the internet installed before the Holidays hit. It took several attempts with busy signals before the call successfully went through with only five minutes to spare before closing time! A very pleasant Lady cheerfully answered the phone. The Lady very politely asked for the name that the account would be under. There was no credit check or any other kind of screening questions asked. It was enquired whether or not an install could be done the next day. The Lady verified that the request could be accommodated and that Shaw would send a text message to confirm  the day and time of install. The Lady stated that the Technician was standing nearby her and that he confirmed that the next day would work. He just couldn't be sure of an exact time except to say that it would be sometime in the afternoon". That was great! A text was received that stated the install appointment was set for the *following* Monday in the *morning*! That would have been after Near Year's! There was no way to call Shaw back to verify this as the call overshot their closing time. The next day

Had a few problems in the middle of the night but other then that its reliable and the shaw 150 internet is very fast. I do wish the upload speed was much faster though. The TV pricing is a bit much but comparable to other services. They have always addressed my issues right away after contacting on Twitter. So I'm happy with it.
