Very friendly and professional office. The staff really care about their clients. They're also very sensitive to your needs and they will work around your schedule. If you're our sure about signing up just ask to join their group sessions. They cover topics on finances, self care, trauma, coping, etc. My experiences were positive and empowering there.

I was made to jump hoops to get an in person assessment. After waiting 3 weeks I get a call that they need to reschedule for a meeting that she can not miss. I've reached out time and time again and these agencies treat us like a number only important for their grants. They're not in the business of helping if you ask me.

I have never been helped with a deep rooted issue in all my years of therapy. I feel bad for others who have not had a good experience. Maybe it was my phycologist? Lisa is really good! The people have been so welcoming. Apparently, they did a staff change, so maybe try again?

I missed one payment and never heard from these people again. It was so frustrating especially after sharing my most personal issues with about 5 councillors in total. I’m actually traumatized and haven’t sought help since.

These folks are stellar - its the only therapy that actually helped me deal with my issues. Obviously there is no permanent or total solution but they did a great job!

The staff are not held accountable for their mistakes and have zero bedside manner when dealing with what they are supposed to be trained to deal with trauma counseling". When a manager was requested a week later still incapable of followup and out of 2 weeks was "out of the office the entire time". 2 weeks after the incident still zero followup and when asked calmly was told "if that's going to be my attitude then I will be taken out of the program" they are claiming and getting paid to run still not being run. Not one member has followed through with their word."

THIS IS THE WORST ORGANIZATION TO EVER EXIST. me and my group members at school called in to schedule an interview and the lady was so rude and disrespectful. she hung up on us.

Very Professional yet friendly, diverse, respectful, accommodating staff. They really know how to make you feel warm, comforted and welcomed. I felt I was heard and trusted. Its a place where I could freely talk about my trauma, thoughts, and discuss them in a non judgmental way. They help people by providing them with tools to overcome trauma to the best of their abilities in a safe space. Highly recommended !!!!

Very supportive and non-judgmental. Excellent staff. I had been to an independent councillor before Hope 24/7; but, that councillor was nowhere near as effective.
