Diamond Car Wash

I received the gold package, and this was my first time getting my Jeep properly detailed and I’m SO impressed. My car was so dirty inside and out, and it looks brand new like the day I bought it! I’m definitely coming back and would recommend to anyone in need of a cleaning. Hatem did a great job!

Happy with the car cleaning and detailing, but upset about the punctuality and poor directions signs. My service was scheduled for 9:30am but I found no one when I reached there. It is located in the basement of Brookstreet hotel, but there were no signs/boards at the entrance of the complex. Also there were no directions in the email received if we need to pay the parking etc. (didn't have to pay for it eventually).

Amazing work and amazing prices! I now bring in my Jeep on a weekly basis and their work never disappoints! Definitely the best in the city, I would strongly recommend!

I had my car detailing done today at Diamond Car Wash and was very happy with the results - my 12 year old Subaru looked great! The Kanata location at the Brookstreet Hotel is very convenient and I will definitely be a repeat customer and highly recommend.

I had an interior cleaning for my SUV last week. The plastic mats and the carpets were nicely clean and the car smells nice and fresh. When I got home and took a more detail look, I noticed there are still some sands and dirt underneath the car seats. I sent some pictures via email and asked if it is normal. I'm ok if the response is that spots under the car seats or seat rails are not covered or they cannot be reached, although I do think a quick vacuum job would do the trick especially I paid for the premium cleaning package. It's been 48 hrs and I haven't heard back anything. For a business which provides contact info on their website, a non response is not acceptable. For this reason, I give a 2 stars only.Update:I received a response that my email was in the junk mail and thus resulting in delay for reply. He couldn’t get to the rails and the dirt was pretty solid so it didn’t come out with the vacuum. I appreciate the honesty and it would be nice to know it upfront so I could adjust the expectation. For the job done (mat and carpet cleaning), I have no complaint and would give 4 stars no problem.
