Action Restoration Services

After a vehhicle collided with my business building, I was directed to Action Services to have my building secured after the crash. There was extensive damages. Kelly's company contacted me (2:00 pm) immediately through my insurance company. I emailed some photos and they asked a few questions and then advised me that they would be on the road in an hour prepared to secure my building. They were 2.5 hours away and arrived at 5:30. They got to work immediately and worked into the evening about 5 hours. They looked after all details of securing the building and I went home to put my feet up. They were absolutely amazing in looking after everything just as they said they would I felt very safe and assured that they were looking after everything. They returned to complete repairs in accordance with their contract and kept me up to date with everything that was going on. I totally recommend them for emergency and construction services. We had water damage because a leaking water heater. Insurance called Kelly from Action services to do cleanup. I found Kelly very good to work with. He always had a crew there when he said, kept me updated on work progress and dealt with insurance adjuster. It made a bad situation much easier to deal with.

We contacted Action Services after a tradegy occured in our rental home. I am so grateful for Kelly and his team. Kelly and his team helped us through the entire process, communicated with our insurance and really went above and beyond to support us through the clean up. We live an hour away from this home and it was such a relief knowing they were taking care of things. Not only was the customer service incredible but they finished everything so quickly. I cannot recommend Action Services enough.
