Aba Tool Repair
Was sent here for a dewalt warranty repair. Aba tools was quick to charge me for an assessment and then they sent me an invoice quickly but will not reply to my emails or answer the phone. Id just like to know when my tool will be fixed.

I was sent there by Stanley tools for warranty on a broken ratchet that had lifetime warranty. These guys refused to help with the warranty, i refuse to use these guys again and I will be telling everyone to adviod them

Brought my planer in for repair the first time and I didn't receive it back for 2 months. I was told the part was there it just needed to be installed and they weren't sure why it hadn't been fixed yet. I got the planer back only for it to fail shortly there after. I took it back and I waited 2 1/2 months (after me phoning multiple times) I was told that it was going to be replaced. Fast forward 2 more weeks and I called the manufacturer only to find out the claim hasn't been put through yet. I've had the planer 1 year and 3 months and its been in service for 5 months and counting.

Just writing to clarify that Aba's $45+tax assessment fee" does not include identifying any failed parts because it was surprising to me. The "assessment" is a word-for-word repetition of what I said when I dropped the tool off. After a week Aba informed they are unable to get parts for a Briggs compressor at all; seems strange this didn''t come up when I dropped it off?"

Went to pick up my fathers chain saw from being repaired, had to ask them for the case and the battery and the charger. The chain saw was dropped off in the case and yet I get it back without it in the case and not even the guard on the blade. And it still is not even repaired. Horrible service!!!!!
