We purchased are son's furniture set and we could not be more satisfied with its quality and design. This is exactly what we were looking for. We strongly recommend this high quality product proudly made in north america with a little italian inspiration!

Very impressed with the design and the quality! We purchased a Belmont crib and dresser for our nursery as well as an organic Essentia crib matress and we are extremely pleased with the result! The items were well packaged and easy to assemble. Highly recommend.

We bought a crib and dresser for our first daughter from Natart. The quality is absolutely incredible. It's nice solid wood with high quality paint. We ended up buying another crib and dresser from them again because we just loved their products.The service is also unbelievable. We had moved house and WE made minor damages to our dresser. We contacted Natart and the owner himself helped us get it fixed. It's a company that truly cares for their customers and goes above and beyond to make them happy with their furniture.I would 100% recommend their product. Locally made and high quality!!!

We purchased a crib September 8 from the store Kidobebe with the promise it would be delivered end of October/November. I am writing this review December 3rd and still waiting for the crib to arrive. I have contacted Natart and Kidobebe multiple times since November to understand what is going on.Natart claims they have delays due to Covid ( but from other reviews, they have had delays since 2020.)I have been notified from Kidobebe that the crib should arrive mid-December....hopefully before baby does!!With all of this delay, they have not offered any sort of discount ( considering the cribs are far from being cheap) , apology etc. for the inconvenience and stress they have caused.Next time we will go elsewhere to ensure we have a crib in a timely matter.

I absolutely LOVE all of my Natart furniture. I have the entire Nest Milano collection which has endured both of my kids using the furniture. After years, it still looks brand new and is in perfect condition. Not only have I been pleased with the beautiful crib and furniture set, but the customer support from the company has been suburb every time. I've reached out several times over the years, with various questions, and have always received support and assistance in a timely manner with the most pleasant and fantastic support staff. They are a wonderful company to place the well being of my children in their hands

We have a double dresser from Natart for one of my children that is several years old. One of dresser sliders had broken due to my child being rough when opening one of the drawers. I emailed Natart and within 2days they had figured out which slider I needed. They then went the extra step in finding a store close to me where they could send the slider free of charge. Lastly, they are providing the slider to me absolutely free. It is rare having this kind of customer service especially for a product that is several years old. Having Natart provide a replacement part for something that broke due to my child’s rough play free of charge is pretty unheard of. I strongly recommend Natart to anyone who is looking for new furniture for their children. We have been beyond happy with all the furniture we have purchased from them, and the added excellent customer service will give you piece of mind that the furniture will last for many years.

We purchased the Senza rocking chair for our daughter and son in law for their daughters nursery! If we had one word to describe this furniture it’s: QUALITY! Our grand daughter will get to keep this as she grows up! The set they got is the Ithaca collection in owl grey and it did not disappoint - the color is beautiful and so rich looking - does not look like tacky nursery furniture that we see everywhere. This is a seriously luxury look and feel.Une entreprise du Québec, question super importante ces jours-ci mais surtout, nous apporte aussi une qualité supérieur !It is quality furniture that is worth every penny because it’s literally a long term investment. It’s not furniture that will go “out-of-trend” in a year. It’s difficult to find locally made products these days, it was rewarding to find a Quebec manufacturer like Natart .

Worst customer service I have ever experienced, I honestly expected way more from a Canadian company. I previously purchased a Taylor crib from Natart and then decided I wanted to add the dresser to the set. After waiting 3 months for the dresser, it arrived and my husband picked it up from the store. We brought it home and unpackaged it in driveway only to find the dresser was damaged on the underside of the bevel on the top of the dresser. I immediately contacted the store who contacted the Natart rep only to hear back from Natart that it was likely my fault" or the stores fault and that I needed to pay $150 for a replacement top. When I emailed them myself all I was told was that they have a "9 point inspection" and it wouldn't have been missed upon inspection. This makes no sense because 1) it is VERY REASONABLE to assume that it could have been missed on inspection because human error is possible
