It was my first time visiting this clinic and I had an awesome experience. The receptionist was welcoming and helpful, the doctor was accommodating and understanding and the pharmacy staff were quick and efficient. Thank you!

This walk-in clinic is absolutely the best. The front staff is super polite, friendly, and efficient. Wait time is short, and Dr. Kim is very knowledgeable, caring, and patient. I've had the same condition countless times that requires further examination at a lab, and every time the physician said they'd contact me about the results but didn't. This is the first time I've received a call about the lab results and I am very grateful for that! Thank you to the whole team at University Health Centre :)

Dr. Kim is the most caring and dedicated doctor I have ever met. Plus, she is highly knowledgeable and competent. The front desk person is also always polite and welcoming. I never leave reviews but felt compelled to do so for her and this clinic's staff because I feel they go above and beyond for their patients. Keep up the good work!

This five star is for Dr Kim who is an angel. The most caring and loving doctor I have ever seen. She was checking on me as if I am a family member. I was very stressed and worried and she took care of my situation in the best way. I will always be thankful of her.

Dr. Kim is the best, she is kind, caring and compassionate. You'd think all doctors are, but it's not always the case. Her staff is amazing as well, special mention to Madison.I've recommended the clinic to my friends and family and I hope Dr. Kim could be my family doctor for a long time.

Dr. Tong really listened (and believed me!), and made a reasonable plan for investigating my symptoms. Very professional and respectful. Front desk staff was also quite friendly. I came at 10:30 and only waited 20 mins.

I don't normally leave reviews (ever), but I recently got this health scare that had me looking for a local location for my medical needs asap. (having a family doctor about an hour and a half, from my location it wasn't going to happen.) I'm glad I found Dr. Kim and her team @ University Health Centre. The moment we arrived we were greeted by Madison and were signed up quickly without any hiccups. It's been awhile me and my mom have felt welcomed, and even though they were quite busy both of us were seen. We value professionalism and competence. Madison's exceptional customer service and attention to detail had us ready to see Dr. Kim in no time at all.Dr. Kim, was patient, understanding, and listened to our concerns. She made sure I was feeling quite well to proceed in informing us what tests needed to be done for further investigation. Dr. Kim is very polite, knowledgeable and cares. Nowadays most places want to get you in and out very fast and you're left feeling like your health doesn't matter. I appreciate how quickly I was called when our results came in. (didn't have to hunt around and get the go around to get my results.) I also appreciate how Dr. Kim made copies of all my results for me to keep. (I document everything.)I definitely would go back any time and would also recommend anyone to go there. When it comes to your health, these extra qualities are a bonus. I haven't gone to my family doctor in many years and don't plan too either, however me and my family will stay with Dr. Kim and her team. I hope Dr. Kim can become our family doctor.

No one was at reception for more than 15 minutes after I arrived. Ended up leaving and going to a different clinic. Don’t waste your time coming here.

First time coming here, this place is very unfriendly. The tall asian doctor didn’t even bat an eye on us when we walked in, talked so fast and very RUDE with his questions if the patient don’t give the answers quickly. We get to the front and the desk lady just gave us a paper without instructions until asked. Atleast we got the referral

Dr. Kim is a great doctor. She is knowledgeable and very attentive to patient's needs. She always takes time to provide high quality patient education as well. Also, the staffs are very friendly and kind. This is one of the nicest clinic I've ever been to.
