Bruce and Doug were outstanding with my deck repair and restoration job.They were on time, professional, knowledgeable and most important, kind. Their work is excellent.I was worried the quote would be for a tear down and reconstruction, but Bruce was very fair and suggested exactly the work I needed done: repair rather than reconstruction.I happily recommend Northern Lights Renovations to anyone considering having work done.

Northern Lights Reno helped me with a Bathroom Fan Installation job. It involved accessing the attic as well as removal of the old setup. Two of the team members showed up in proper attire and were super professional as well as approachable. They were very prepared and had all the tools and material needed with them, anything from airflow meter to lights, to masks and all the power tools that were required for the job. They were experienced in what they were doing and most importantly, had fun and truly enjoyed the work. I am looking forward to partner with the company for future jobs around the home. Thank you.

$105/hr + $55/daily trip charge +GST. Over the past 7 months, Bruce has worked diligently between projects to complete my home reno. He's knowledgeable, hardworking, punctual and has a good attitude. The cost (4/5) was a bit steep as compared to other trades that worked on my project. However, I would still highly recommend Bruce!

Bruce was quick to respond to our request for repairs to our home’s exterior which was literally rotten from water damage. They completed the repair quickly and efficiently. I contacted Northern Lights on a Friday evening, and Bruce responded within a couple of hours to set up an appointment on the following Monday. My job was unusual as it involved woodpecker damage to the front of my house in high up, tricky spots. Other companies I had contacted either couldn't help, or just didn't respond. Bruce and Doug showed up early, and got straight to work. I was kept informed throughout the repair, and my input was welcomed. The damage was filled in, sanded down, and painted over, and my house now looks like new again. I found Bruce and Doug to be very friendly, professional, and courteous. They did an excellent job, at a fair price, and I would not hesitate to call them again, and/or recommend them to my friends.

Bruce, is a person who’s very easy to deal with. Very honest and knowledgeable. We’ve set a schedule for the service, and he was there on time. Really happy to deal with him. I highly recommend this guy for your reno needs.

They did a very good job removing a shed on the side of our property. They were efficient and made sure no damages on either side of ours and neighbour’s property.They also installed a fence and I am very happy of the outcome. Would recommend Bruce and his team. Thank you Bruce!
