Greater Vancouver Community Credit Union - Royal Square

Originally I was with the Surrey branch of GVCC and when this branch opened in New West I transferred here. So I’ve been with them since the beginning and they handle all my finances. I couldn’t ask for anyone better. They treat me like family so it’s always a pleasure to go into the branch and do business with them.

Very helpful and co-operative staff. I have been banking with GVC for over a year and the staff is always ready to help in branch or on the call. Highly recommend this place for any of your banking needs.

Best financial institution around ,Never a line up , just friendly service

I've been banking with GVC for around 3 years now, and I've never had a problem with them. I came from BMO prior to joining - and I've always had issues with them. The place is never packed, there is never a line, there is always someone at the desk who's ready to help out unlike other banks where there are 6 employees who don't know how to work a keyboard, and a 5 person line up takes 60 minutes between all 6 of them. I absolutely recommend these guys.

HHAve always had wonderful service and was served by very pleasant staff.

20 years ago I become their client since then nothing but love and respect are the best out there never you have to stay lined up no problem everything gets done pretty quick and I love it and I do recommend to anybody Especially if you don't want stay in lineup deal with these people they're the best

Classist employees who conspire between themselves to gaslight customers and lie to their faces about new policies that definitely didn't exist the month prior. I have changed financial institutions away from this particular den of thieves who lack the integrity to be honest about new fees and policies within their corporation.I may have considered retaining this bank for my financial needs if the employees had merely been honest about fees and policies - but given that they not only doubled down on lying to my face, but also asked their coworkers to take a part in the charade - this is not a business I am comfortable with allowing to manage any level of my finances ever again.If I could award negative stars, I would use them here.
