Very nice place with a variety of pool and hot tub supplies. Very friendly knowledgeable staff. Plenty of staff so easy to find help unlike the big stores with limited staff. Highly recommend for your pool and spa supplies.

UPDATE: ignore the nice response you see from the owner. They have done nothing to “make it right.” Admittedly, they did refund the $160 but that was for chemicals they were supposed to supply us with from the beginning.And, as has happened throughout, they blamed us for not telling the worker at the store that the pool had just been installed. Except, we did.Still no word about fixing the lawn, which is damaged 28’ feet from the edge of the pool and well into the neighboring lot.UPDATE #2: They installed the plumbing lines over the property line, which won’t pass inspection. They were told this over a month ago when we hit one of the lines while digging for the fence posts. Of course, they blamed us, even though we followed the measurements on the drawing that they submitted to the town for our permit. Only after several emails have they finally come out to check on their error.UPDATE #3 - we ordered a hook and loop winter cover but they claim that we didn’t. I asked for a copy of the sales contract, which we never received, and they sent a copy of an excel spreadsheet with our order specs. No signatures or way to confirm.UPDATE #4 - Colley’s claims that the amount of damage to our lawn and the adjacent lot is “normal.” Keep in mind, there’s equivalent damage on the lawn on the far side of the pool as well that needs to be fixed. The estimate to fix the damage is over $2000.Pressured to put down an $8000 deposit in order to secure our installation spot only to have them reschedule 3 times. They came out and started out pool and then didn’t come back for 4 days because they went to work on someone else’s pool. Finally got it installs and the water has been cloudy ever since. Brought them a water sample today and they charged us $160 to fix it.EDIT: Also, check out how they left my lawn. They said it’s my responsibility to fix the damage they caused.$52,000 and they they couldn’t even make sure it was right before they left.I don’t recommend them at all.

Horrible!! Had inground pool installed in 2021, constant issues with saltwater generator not working. Reopened pool this year and was charged $357 for opening. Mind you, we were told that pool openings and closings were covered for 3 years. Not true! Technicians and office staff said everyone thinks that"! Iwonder why? Because we are told that. Concrete cracked and chipped after not even a year

Poor customer service and charge for services not done would not even send someone to look at their mistakes

I bought a house that had a hot tub with it. Having no idea how to take proper care of my spa I called and had the full cleaning/spa school and chemicals with it. Tech was very informative and patient with all my questions and concerns. Now my friends and family can enjoy the spa safely. Thanks!

We had Colleys install an in ground vinyl liner pool for us this past summer. Overall the pool itself came out great and the contractors were pretty decent to work with and communicated relatively well.The one thing we are not pleased with that is directly related to Colleys is the rough grading of the property around the pool. Unfortunately there is a large drop off on the back side of our pool that is going to require a lot of backfill to even out. It appears the grading team just pushed dirt up to the pool and didn’t bother sloping it much for us which has made it a huge hazard when walking around the pool.The concrete contractor hired by Colleys also could’ve been better, the concrete came out maybe a 6/10, there are 2 areas around the pool that cracked within a day of pouring, one right by the deep end ladder and then another on the concrete by our existing deck. The contractor also cracked one of our deck boards but did compensate us to replace that piece.The concrete team also left a ton of gravel in our backyard which likely was backfill for under the decking but it’s just an excessive amount which is going to require almost the entire yard to be scalped before doing another rough grade and final grade. There’s also a lot of excess concrete around the decking that will have to be broken up and removed. I would honestly give the concrete finished a 5/10 because the broom finish is not consistent and very rough in some areas around the coping and firepit areas.We are relatively happy with the pool job but we just wish better care was taking on the grading and concrete job. Had we known the concrete was going to be such a rough job, we would’ve taken a credit and went with a more reputable company.

We purchased The Harmony 18’x54” round above ground pool. The process of purchasing the pool was painless!! Delivery of the pool came on time and everyone was wonderful to deal with from start to finish. My pool installers said this pool was extremely installer friendly, they were very impressed with how easy it went up! Colley’s for the win!

Customer service is good and the selection of products is great. The pricing on chemicals is ridiculously pricey. The staff knows what to use to make your pool shine. Again costly. Take your water sample to get a good read on it and they will help you out!

This was a great experience from beginning to end! We did a couple of change orders as well and they were very accommodating. Couldn't be happier with the pool and the concrete!

How long must a person wait for a call back to get information on an in-ground pool? How many times should anyone call and leave messages? We understand the word “busy” … so are we but after reading all of these negative reviews thank goodness we’re going somewhere else.
