I am very disappointed to have to write this review, I was informed about unleashed as a pet service that offers overnight boarding. After having spoke with someone from this buisnness, they informed me they would not take my pup based on breed, nor would any boarding service. I have never had such an experience.. I have been boarding my pup for years and have never had an issue. seeing as I am new to this area, I am rather upset with this. This stigma needs to end. Bullys are GREAT dogs. It's the owner, not the dog. I just can't believe this type of discrimination still occurs. My pups are the most friendly dogs I have ever met.... so frustrated!

Poor communication and rude behaviour from the owners that ultimately cost us a morning of skiing and a night trying to come up with alternative solutions for dog care, not to mention a health risk, as my girlfriend is allergic to my dog and can't stay in a pet-friendly room.We were visiting from out of town and were told to drop off no later than 8pm. My emails asking for confirmation of drop-off went unanswered, and Amber didn't return our call after 6, answer the door 30 minutes later, or follow up with our reservation the day after.We're ultimately very disappointed in the treatment we received and wish there was greater understanding here.

Our Shepherd mix is pretty anxious with new people but loves new doggie friends that she can interact with and so, standard kennels are pretty stressful for her.She recently spent a few days with Unleashed over New Years and had a great time with the dogs and the staff won her over quickly as well.She played hard and was tired out when we picked her up. Crashed hard when we got back to the cabin.Highly recommend Unleashed to care for your doggo when you can’t be there for them yourself.

I am very disappointed with the service we received from Unleashed! Pet Care Services. We dropped my sister's dog few days ago, for a more or less 8 hours day care. She also availed their service to clip the dog nails. Prior to obtaining their service to trim the dog nails, my sister advised the lady who received the dog to NOT continue clipping the nails should the dog resists. 5 minutes after collection, I noticed blood stains on my jacket, on the towel I placed on my lap and some on my jeans. We identified that blood was from the dog’s toe nail vein/s. My sister raised the issue (together with the photos of the 1) blood stains on clothes and towel and 2) dog paw/nail with blood around it) with the Unleashed! Pet Care Services and they denied that they have seen any blood when they cut the dog nails. They also sent a photo of dogs, with my sister’s dog in it, on the snow saying that ‘no blood anywhere’. In addition, they also argued that they have 5 star reviews and that they won’t fix anything that they didn’t see.I understand that we pay to obtain quality professional product or services – unfortunately some service providers can’t maintain delivery of ‘quality’ services.This experience I witnessed is very disappointing and traumatizing. I find the way the service provider handled the issue unprofessional – I find their arguments or responses very annoying (e.g. no blood on the snow), defensive or dismissive, etc. I wish that no other dog owner experience similar trauma and disappointments like ours today and in the future especially from this service provider.NB: The document that they asked my sister to sign prior to boarding the dog include waiver that they won’t be liable to anything the dog may suffer including death.

Outstanding pet care! I’ve had my dogs (papillons) there in the past for both boarding and grooming services. One of my dogs wasn’t an overly friendly with other dogs but at her facility he seemed to over come that and had a blast. Would definitely recommend. If I still had my dogs I would use this kennel over any other.

We have two dogs, one very senior and during this heat wave we needed to find them a cool place during the day. Unleashed was awesome, they made sure my old dog stayed cool and gave her lots of breaks and my other dog came back played out and excited to return. Great care and concern and checked in with me before leaving them again the second day. Highly recommend.

Excellent pet care. Able to accommodate my dogs needs and administer meds when they were required during his stay. My dog has had multiple knee surgeries and can't go as hard playing as he use to. The caretakers always keep an eye on how he is doing to ensure he doesn't overdue it. They post photos regularly aswell which is great to see your dog having fun with the rest of the pack.

Nanook loved her time here! They post photos once a day of your dog's playing. She was very exhausted when she returned home. I would love to bring my husky once a month just for the interaction. The owners are very caring and loving! The dogs are so happy!

I dropped my dog off for a 3 night stay at unleashed and it was amazing! My dog had a blast, he was sad to leave. It was the first time we have ever left our dog somewhere overnight and everyone was incredible! My dog slept the whole 4 hour drive home and continues to sleep the rest of the day! Highly recommend for anyone who wants to board their pup!

We were recently visiting the Radium area and our dog, Bella, had two days of daycare with Unleashed. This is such a great natural spot for dogs to be dogs. Can’t wait to visit again.
