I’m so glad I found this place! I think it’s the biggest pieces of fish I’ve ever seen in a roll. The spicy roll wasn’t overpowering, it was just right. I ordered pick up, they give you a good sized portion of wasabi and ginger and also give soya sauce and chopsticks. Seems like a small thing, but some places don’t include chopsticks. Prices are amazing for the portion size. I was super happy to see miso soup for only $1! I will definitely be back!

Place used to be great and I used to eat there a lot but now is kinda failing down, the tuna was very fishy and I think it might pf been bad. The service was ok and the atmosphere wasn't the greatest anymore

I ordered sushi “the family tray” this evening, unfortunately this was my worst experience Ever. I throw the food in the picture below in the garbage after the first bite. It was tasting so bad. I think the fish wasn’t fresh or something! Also the way they rolled it was done unprofessionally.This is the first and last time ordering Sushi from this place.I also suggest the owner to come up with better way to present the takeout orders, like putting it in a tray or a dish! not in a cheap foam containers! they also did not thought about serving the wasabi and ginger in a sealed plastic container!!Not sure how this place got 4.1 stars!!!

Placed an order online and Paid for $21 for 12 pieces of non-fresh sashimi and $13 for this saggy & no flavoured chicken Udon. Super disappointed and definitely it was the worst food ordering experience ever!!

This was the worst sushi and tempura we have ever had.The tempura was soggy and bland, the shrimp inside was undercooked.The sushi and sashimi was even worse. It smelled and either tasted spoiled or bland. The rice fell apart as soon as a roll was picked up. When biting into the salmon sashimi it was inedible, I couldn't even chew it. Some slices of the avocado was also sour. The wasabi was also bottom of the barrel quality. We spend over 100 dollars expecting at least decent quality sushi and couldn't even finish the food we received.Dogs loved it and the canned soda was good. that's about all I can say thats positive about the quality of food we received.

I’ve been coming to Kyoto for years. It’s the best Japanese lunch spot around and have to go to the 109 st location. Only I miss the bean sprout salad with ginger sauce, i with they would bring that back!!!!!!!!!!!
