Great service, excellent work, and awesome products. We are very happy with our new pump; our pool is sparkling; the work was done a week ahead of schedule despite all of the supply chain issues.

Pool was ordered and paid for in cash. The day of install had to get postponed because of wires crossing overhead. Scheduled DTE to move wires. In the meantime lens called to see if we still wanted. Response was YES, JUST WAITING FOR DTE TO MOVE WIRES. Wires were moved. Called lens to schedule install. Wrong pool was brought. Declined install. No answers, no customer service, no reordered pool. Left high and dry after demanding the refund check ASAP. THANKS LENS. We know you sold the original pool while we had to postpone even after us telling you we still wanted. Then You try and pawn off the wrong pool? SHADY.

It depends on what you're going here for...I went to get my water checked because we've been struggling with a cloudy pool this year. I brought in water to be tested on three separate occasions and the teenager running the tests didn't seem to be very knowledgeable about what the results meant. I added the chemicals in the quantity that she recommended and there was no change. Of note, they do not provide you with a print out of what your levels are and no written instructions as I've normally received. As a result, I ended up buying test strips and discovered that I was being told to put less product than a pool of my size required. I ended up driving to a store much farther away and got results almost instantly.

Awesome spa supplies selection. Lady at desk was super nice & had suggestions! A little out of our way, but so worth it!

Was very unhappy about the service. I called no reply I went to the store and felt like I was a A burden. They make a date and don’t show or show up late in the day for about 10 minutes and leave. They say they’llBe back tomorrow and no show. Not a good place to do business in my opinion.

Good place to buy pool supplies. The workers can be very knowledgeable and helpful. They were a big help for me when my pool turned yellow. Just don't tell them you have an Innetex style soft sided pool, they'll snub you. I had one girl roll her eyes at me and not help me. I'm giving them 4 starts instead of the 2 I wanted because they were quite helpful before that. Like said, just don't tell them you have a soft sided pool and they are great.

Best customer service! Better than any competitors around! I am talking all the way to Troy, MI. Had my specialty" parts on hand. Able to provide numbers of local pool professionals. Felt like a person not a nuisance like I do at local Sunshine and Darling."

Seriously incredible service. We have had our in ground pool installed by Lens (2019) and also had a spa delivered and dropped down into our deck in 2020 (we did have to create part… they’re only the pool guys, after all). When we originally had planned for our pool and were put on their list, we we living in a different house. We were worried the move would alter our plans and spot on their list. NOPE! After Len came out and did a quick “re-survey” of our new yard with quick plans we were right back on schedule. We have them open and close our pool every year and it’s sparking clean within a day. Whenever we need chemicals, they deliver to our door. They have parts on hand and what they don’t, they get promptly. Whenever I have a question about my equipment, they are quick to answer and have even come out to check my pool filter within the day. Kevin abs Len are the greatest and their crew is so great to work. I would never recommend anyone else!
