Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Worst place to deal with! I went in to get a rental after my vehicle was in an accident and was asked if I chose my insurance or enterprise insurance. I asked if there was a difference between the two and he said no, the only difference is if they were to be an accident that I would deal with enterprise and not my own insurance. So I chose enterprise not knowing they hid a $25/day fee from me!! Not once did the person I spoke to say there would be a daily fee for choosing their insurance. Total scammers, beyond upset. Last time I will ever go there and I told all my friends and family the same thing! Not worth it.

Pravin is extremely rude and unhelpful. They do not have the cars you order and do not deliver cars. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

I needed to arrange a rental one week before hand. There must be a high demand. The location is convenient. The office is clean and accessible. The agents are attentive and efficient. The open hours could be better though.

I have been renting cars from the Enterprise locations in both Uxbridge and Stouffville for over 10 years. With every rental I have always received great pricing, great cars and outstanding customer service. Managers Eric and Tim are exceptional people and, along with their staff - Lauren and Anojan, always ensure a very seamless and positive car renting experience. Hats off to Eric and Tim - you guys are the best! Paul

Guy at front deserves 10* from Jan 17.. at 445 my license was expired and enteprise had closinf at 5.. I had no idea it expired and the staff at enterprise... he Google and got me a ride to service Ontario and then waited for me to get back even after closing and got me a car.He smiled and helped me. Management needs more guys like him and he is a 10* staff member

****see update**We went to rent a car at 3. As our car had to go to another garage for a tune up. When we got there for our booked appointment at 3. There was a note on the door saying that they wouldnt be back until 3:30, which made my wife miss the bus to Toronto. At that point I was ready to give them a 1 star. After 1.4 million views of my pics this would be the second 1 star place. I was that angry. Until the guy got back apologized alot and gave a discount and upgrade, reducing my anger and he actually gave a good reason for not being there. So. They are up to 4 stars, but should leave instructions on their window so people could wait inside the dealership lounge instead of standing outside. This place needs more staff.I took a couple of pics, in case you are outside waiting ...of the forest at the end of the parking lot which is a nice view if you need to sit and stew. Unfortunately I couldn't caption the forest.. if I did I would call it Stew Forrest".****Update. Ok they are up a star to 5. Why? Because he was super friendly

Thank you Eric, thank you Lauren. I had to take my car to be repaired and the insurance company gave me a rental car for the duration of the repairs. CarStar body repiars, Uxbridge organised this seamlessly with Enterprise team.Eric was helpful and professional at all times and Lauren kindly gave me a ride back to CarStar this morning after I dropped the rental off. Lauren is chatty, charming and professional.All in all, a very nice team and very pleased to have Enterprise in Uxbridge, they are the 'go to' for when my family from the UK is over and always do a great job at helping them out with good rates and an appropriate vehicle. Thank you.Oh and having now driven a GMC Tahoe, we would definitely look at shopping locally for a GMC Williamson vehicle when it comes time to changing, so a win, win. Sometimes you don't know what is on your doorstep until you get to try it yourself.

After requesting a comfortable mid-size SUV for a 12-hour road trip, and confirming the booking a couple days prior, I was still given a convertible Jeep Wrangler. Eric, the Service Rep in Uxbridge, foolishly tried his best to convince us that this was in fact a comfortable mid-size SUV. I had already booked a hotel and I had no choice but to take the loud/noisy convertible Jeep Wrangler. After a terribly noisy drive, I exchanged many emails every day with various reps while on vacation. Those at Uxbridge Enterprise & others did not provide a solution for us. I drove the Jeep back to Uxbridge after all, despite countless discussions. DO NOT RENT FROM THE UXBRIDGE LOCATION. IF YOU HAVE TO, DO NOT DEAL WITH INCOMPETENT ERIC.

Just like any other car rental you will never get a car for the price advertised on the side. But having said that the staff here are polite and great. being a smaller car rental a lot of times you have to wait for a car so call ahead to avoid disappointment
