Poor service. Argumentative staff who don’t honour any sort of re-wash if the car wash is not working properly. I’ve never had an issue previously at this location but today the wash was really bad so I went in to speak with staff about the issue and was told that it was quote unquote ”my problem” and that I didn’t drive into the wash correctly. It would have been nothing to fix the problem but instead they lost a customer.I will never be back! You may wish to wash your vehicles elsewhere as well.

3 out of last 5 visits the soap setting had no soap at all. Not a single sud, not a single bubble. Used $5 on soap setting but got only a rinse. My wife even noticed and tried switching it from soap to rinse and back again to force some soap out but it didn't work.I let it go the first 2 times this happened, but not the third. Skip this place, go elsewhere.The photo below shows no soap coming from wand at all. They're is a little soap residue on the ground because the previous car used the brush which did have some soap.On the upside didn't have to pay much since we didn't have any soap to rinse off.

I use this car wash a lot as it’s close to my house. I like the touch less car wash because it’s convenient with a baby. Sometimes I end up with soap spots on my side view mirrors which is annoying. But other than that, my favourite car wash!

Soap is pretty weak overall... like its watered down. Pressure on the wands are low as well. Much less soap than many other car washes i go to. Makes sense if the owner is trying to make you spend more time there washing than it should take.

Was expecting better, 3/4 pet wash bays had broken hooks, or the machines would not turn in with a credit card. Only 2/4 of rubber aprons had neck strings. There also didn't seem to be enough soap in some of the bays we tried and it looked like it was just pumping out 2-3 suds.

- Update. Rating has been changed to 5 stars from 4. I usually visit this wash 1-3 times a week, and every time it has met my expectations in terms of convenience, cleanliness and the function of the wash bays / controls. Keep up the great work!Visited this wash for the first time. As an avid car washer, I can sure tell the pressure and flow was ample and not weak like other washes that I have been to. Water was hot, and soap was very visible when spraying my vehicle. Will return again, as it is close to my home in Cranston.

This used to be a great dog wash. Now the collar hook up's are always broken. There is never any shampoo and the credit card does not work. Always dirty stinks and is wet on floor very dangerous. Called to talk to employee he hung up on me. Was never able to locate him while we were there.

I used the pet wash. Not recommended. The first bay didn't work. The wash station took $9.00 and there was no water pressure. Went to the third bay, and there was no soap in the wash. Will not return to this wash.

I like this wash it's efficient the water was not hot or warm this visit which was disappointing. Sometimes a bit of a wait as well but overall it's good I mean you wash your car there its not a 5 star hotel it does what it's suppose to do.

Thought I would try this place again after a few years as it's in my neighborhood. Still the worst car wash in the area. The only wash I go to that when finished there is still a film on my vehicle. They refuse to allow anywhere near the proper amount of soap to actually clean i guess the owner must think as its the only wash in the area they dont need to better.
