We've been following Dr. Christine Lee for 5 years. She is always gentle, kind yet very efficient. Daughter has complex chronic conditions, she is always listening, remembering details, answering all my questions, and often trying to comfort. She cares about her patient and makes me feel supported. I'm so glad she is back now. And the receptionists are also very friendly and doing a good job. Love them all!

Everytime I make an appointment Doctor Johnny Lee is AT LEAST 30 minutes late . The secretary is rude and the doctor is also usually not helpful or rude.

Great family Doctors. The receptionist not so great. They always have a hard time booking appointments, it seems like they are not proficient in their software because it takes 10 to 15 minutes or longer and that's not including the amount of time I am put on hold. After rescheduling my appointment once they called again to let me know my appointment was cancelled 7 minutes before they closed and the appointment was supposed to be the next morning. Really terrible service when you go to the clinic they take their time and don't greet you right away.

I agreed with previous reviewer’s comments on receptionists. Doctor is great but receptionist is lack of customer service skill. No smiling and no welcoming at all. I asked leave from work for seeing doctor, but the receptionist told me doctors were fully booked and my name was not on today’s list and I don’t have any appointment booked later. I asked them if they could help to double check with doctor because I don’t think I wasn’t have any appointment. They refused to do so and left me alone at front desk. They made me feel I was not welcomed and tried to see doctor without appointment. They’re so cold. So I left but later on, doctor called me and said the receptionist messed up my appointment with another client with quite similar name.

My family doctor is Chelsea Bruce. She must be the best doctor in lower mainland. She has every characteristics that doctor should have. I am truly grateful to have her.

Dr Christine lee has left me, a senior handicapped patient of many years stranded! All I got was an unanswerable email. I don’t know why her Hippocratic oath has gone from her memory.I am distraught as I have many medical problems! I think that she should be ashamed…as I fully trusted her

Dr Kennedy Engbers is one of the best Doctors i've ever had. She never rushes you and yet she is always running on time. Very friendly and just such a caring doctor. Can't say enough about her. Sydney use to work the front desk and was awesome but i haven't seen her in a few month. Other ladies not as friendly .

Dr. Engbers has been one of the best doctors I’ve had. Both my husband and I felt comfortable from the first time we met her. She listens, is kind, and I have never felt rushed. Office staff have been great and love the fact that I can book online.

My Doctor is great. Unfortunately, with telephone appointments they have a nurse practitioner speak with patients. The nurse practitioner was not open to my concerns. She decided that I didn't need the blood work that I requested. She suggested I pay privately for blood work and labelled my concerns as curiosity.

Takes everything out of me to get to the clinic as I am sick with a sinus infection going to my lungs I believe. I get there and the very nice, polite, welcoming receptionist tells me that the doctor there today doesn't take patients with colds or flu symptoms to get to the primary care in port moody ....
