I knew Viva's reviews were good, but I was surprised with how beautifully the repair turned out! I had Vlad fix an antique apothecary chest for me that was dropped and I can't even see traces of where the wood had been cracked. Outstanding work and a lovely guy to deal with. Highly recommend his work!

I am very grateful to Mr. Vlad for repairing the slider of the bedside table, from which large pieces of wood were torn off. Before the repair, Mr. Vlad estimated its price online based on the photo and made a very high-quality repair - the slider is like new and the shelf on it rides perfectly. Vlad repaired our 1960's Scandinavian style chair from my Great Aunt. He fixed the arm that was broken and touched up the rest of the chair including a new coat of finish.We were really impressed with his work as the broken arm was fixed seamlessly and the chair looks beautiful with the new finish. He was quick to respond, easy to work with, and the work was reasonably priced.Already thinking of other pieces we can send his way!

Excellent workmanship fixing our dining room chairs. The cane backs needed to be removed and new upholstered backs installed. We also had the seat upholstery and cushioning replaced. Vlad also took the extra care to touch up scratches to the finish of them. The chairs look better than ever and our dining set is now complete.Vlad was very responsive to questions, provided a detailed quote and was very easy to work with. We highly recommend the workmanship of both himself and his wife who does the upholstery work.

So happy with the work done to my teak chair! They reupholstered it for me and the did the cushions to fit the seat better. They also refitted the metal fittings and reglued some spots on it to keep it from falling apart. So happy with it! They also put the backs on some dining chairs back on for me. Very fast and great service!

I bought a reclining chair from Amazon and all was good until I assemble it and found one of the screw in legs was wobbly....I contacted Vlad and he gave me a bit of an estimate over the phone and offered to help me fix at a time that was convenient for both of us. I took the chair to him on an arranged date, he found the problem (broken frame of poor materials)..he repaired and reinforced the frame to eliminate the problem, same day at a reasonable cost. I will definitely seek he services in the future.

When the extension rails of my 38 y.o. solid oak dinner table broke, I was lucky that I found Vlad @ Viva Furniture. He replaced the rails with a pair of hardwood extension rails. The dinner table is restored to as new conditions and his charges are very reasonable. He is on my highly recommend list if anybody ask me for furniture repair or restoration.
