The staff were friendly. However, it didn't take much to realize that the part I bought was a low quality replacement. Although fitting my car fine, it felt generic and poorly built. To add insult to injury, there was no connector on the replacement part, which I was fine with initially. That was until I cut the connector off my car, wired it up and realized that the product was not up to standard. In order to replace with a proper OEM part, I had to replace the connector (a massive headache.) I will not return.

Always has the parts I need. My problem however is that in the past 4 visits, they were closed for inventory" for 2 of them. Both times I had called ahead to make sure they had the part I needed and indicated I'd visit in the evening. Both times they said something to the tune of "see you then". If I lived in Red Deer that would be a nuisance

Their price match policy made me laugh.Canadian Tire had a cheaper item but was out of stock. Asked PartSource to price match the item from Canadian Tire. They said they cannot price match without a physical flyer. No Canadian Tire website price matching.I head over to Canadian Tire and they don't have it in stock, but will order from PartSource across the street and is available for pickup tomorrow. Lol!

Staff is very unprofessional I need help at sunday afternoon and nobody help me even I ask for help to one of representative she said I am busy with customer it's ok after she help customer she didn't even look at me, I would never recommend this place

Batting 1000 with these guys. Always have the odd ball stuff I’m looking for and priced wayyyyy better than the others.Not to mention any names but it rhymes with Thumper oo Thumper was $29 more on a certain part! Service is great and supper friendly and willing to find what you need! Very happy.

I bought a battery from here. They told they were unable to warranty. The staff are trained not to say anything as they don't want it to come back on the company

Would not refund my core charge of $135 as it was over 90 days with the receipt. Was NOT mentioned at time of purchase. Aric was very disrespectful and rude to deal with. Auto Value charges $68 comparable core and will return it 11 months later. If you have to deal with anyone use Corey N... He's knowledgeable and a decent person. I however will take my business to Napa or Auto Value where the company policy isn't to steal from customers.

Buddy James behind the desk looks at me weird when i said i don't carry a debit card for a return. Note that i paid with cash at the time of purchase. And they did not have enough cash at the register to fulfill my return. Which was only $100 nothing too tremendous. Bad experience overall. Would suggest going down the road to auto value or shopping online at rockauto.
