I love the service here! I have been here multiple times now but for my last visit, I feel like I was charged way too much. I usually pay 70$ for a cut and style here. I booked just a shampoo and style here and was charged 95$. I was told 60$ for long hair. I do understand with dense hair there could be an upcharge but I dont feel like 35$ upcharge is justified when I pay 70$ for haircut and style at the same place. I dint come a long ago for my haircut. It was recently in september so I dont understand how there was such a price difference. Just on the side note my stylist was great and I was really happy with her service but I cannot justify 95$ for a shampoo and style(beachy waves).

Chelsea is the best! From highlights to hair extensions, you can’t find a better stylist. The salon is clean and beautiful and the whole team is friendly and helpful. Amazing experience!

Paris was able to help me on short notice with a blonde color correction. I'm glad the salon solicited a review because while I was still in the chair we chatted and agreed that the results were pretty good". That was an understatement. In the outside light the results are spectacular. Just beautiful. Thanks to her alchemy I went from a sad yellow/greeny/grey mess to light gorgeous buttery platinum blonde. Hooray! Finally! I found a stylist that can expertly cut my short hair in a super trendy style that suits my age (74). Thank you Aleeshia!! I will no longer dread getting my hair cut and styled. I have tried so many Kelowna stylist but none compare with Aleeshia's artistic and expert cutting skills.

Disappointing experience! The haircut is decent even though she didn’t do what I asked for. I wanted layers and she barely did it, I also asked for some framing around the face and she forgot. The stylist scratched my scalp a lot with her nails and the brush. Also my hair was super tangled after she washed it (which is weird and never happened to me) and she was not very delicate when brushing all the knots. The brush she used at the end was covered in someone's else hair and at the point I just wanted to go home asap.

I have been looking for a stylist with experience in curly hair. I found one, finally. I have always struggled with my hair and decided to finally go with it. Paris was forthcoming with advice, a wonderful cut and recommendations for product to heal" my over processed hair. I love Crimson and look forward to a long relationship with them and Paris. I met Paris a couple months ago and now I would trust only her with my hair! She puts up with my ever changing hair ideas and it’s perfection every time.

I always have a great experience with Tara! Been coming to her since I moved from Vancouver 2 years ago.I love the bright airy feel of the space and the great music, fun chats with Tara and a great cut and style. I’m lucky this salon is so close to where I live but it’s worth traveling for!

Came in august to get my hair done my Paris. We had talked on insta with what i wanted I had a previous grown out bleach out and wanted my hair to be my root colour. She gave me a balyage and made my hair way darker than my natural also made it seem like she just wanted to do what she wanted and not get an understanding for what i actual wanted. I wanted my hair my root colour with a few face framing highlights I didn’t not receive that at all. I went back in for her to fix it and it just got worse. My hair is multiple different colours on the strands it goes from my root colour to blonde to dark and all over the place like a raccoon I am very dissatisfied and disappointed as not only did I waste $300 but also my time .
