Restoule Provincial Park
Great hiking trail that leads to an incredible view. The camping ground is also quite nice, lots of spots that are close to the lake and are big enough for multiple large tents.

Great park, enjoyed the hiking trails and kayaking the lake and river. Would have been perfect but due to the fire ban could not enjoy an evening camp fire. Maybe next time.

One of the Northern Ontario almost forgotten Provincial Parks. Facilities are pretty decent. Friendly staff. Make sure to check in on fire bans. If you're using a propane fire pit make sure they're aware of it and can let the warden know. There may be some precautions to follow during a fire ban even for propane -- they will let you know.

Good family vacation spot. Restful relaxation during camping with nice facilities, nice park and nature and good surroundings. The beach is not spectacular, however, a nice place to canoe and fish and lounge about for fun. We had a nice site, close to the kids and the playground for their fun. SUP and kayak rentals for those that need it.

Restoule Provincial Park
Great park for family camping. Beautiful lakes, nice trails. The nature is fantastic, but there are a few drawbacks: a substantial amount of privately owned cottages along the lakeshore, and very limited privacy even at the sites described as having good privacy" - so you never are alone with the nature. I guess for that you'll have to opt for the paddle-in sites in Algonquin... Oh

It’s a beautiful park, but the lakes are too busy with boats and too many cottages in the park make it a bit louder and busier than I personally enjoy. Park store doesn’t stock anything of use, unless you need park merchandise. They have ice and firewood and not much else. Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful.

Finally got to visit this amazing park. You will be mesmerized just driving the road leading to the park. Especially if you visit during the leafs changing color. Nicely tucked away from the beaten path, we have enjoyed two days of hiking and camping. The trails were well maintained and marked. The camping was large and quiet. Overall cleanliness and up-keeping was obvious. Would like to go back and hike the trails we didn't have a chance to experience

Certainly not the best campground we've being to. There is no privacy in the campground you can see every campsite around you and hear everything that is going on.the signs are posted no excessive noise at any time. It is Sunday morning and all we have heard is leaf blowers unnecessarily being used by campground staff and campground ATVs. The whole morning has been nothing but motors. The trails are nice however.

Such a beautiful, quiet park and the lake is so wonderful for swimming. The park was a lot further than we had originally planned however it's worthy. The hiking trails are well marked and just the right about of challenge for our kids 13 and 10y of age.The dog beach is small but it's shallow with a nice slow decent although it's beside the boat launch which makes it worrysome if you are swimming. This will be a park we return to.

Love the lakes but to me they're all beautiful up there but as a park, it's not very good as far as campsites go.....all they've got is a sign to say the site is there. No table, fire pit or tent areas....you can look and find a flat area to lay a tent, which is fine if you want to Crown land camp.
