Ticket Atlantic Box Office

Way to go Ticket Atlantic. You sure know how to ruin a night.First off, they change the time of an event AFTER tickets are bought. Because they got greedy and added a second show the same night.Now my brother and his girlfriend can't go so they call to get just their 2 tickets changed. But thanks to the incompetent worker, she goes ahead and changes all 5 of our tickets to the later show. Thankfully, i receive a confirmation email telling me so. I call Ticket Atlantic and inform them of their mistake and guess what? They immediately sold my original tickets and I'm now SOL.So to try and make up for it, they offer me 3 seats NOT together... Awesome.I tell them its unacceptable and what do I get in the end? A refund.Thanks a lot guys. Great job!No wonder nothing good ever comes to Halifax.

What's with the 'fee' for using electronic ticketing? Doesn't this help save staffing and printing costs...should be a savings!

Made a mistake and ordered 1 ticket package instead of 2. Emailed them about it and was told they won't do anything about it. Customer service does not exist (or at least with the person I was interacting with).

Worst event site I have ever tried to use. Get your act together

Purchased tickets for the International Tattoo. Process was very quick, very easy. Delightful to use.

Very Impressed, requested a refund on concert tickets as the concert was rescheduled and we could no longer make it and had my refund back on my credit card within 24 hours.

Terrible slow system. Open the box office beforehand so people can buy real tickets

Your website is terrible. Trying to buy tickets online is impossible. Me and my boyfriend tried with 3 different cards in the store, and we always got the the card doesn't match" warning. And since there is no PayPal option

They don't answer their phones. They allow more then one person to buy numerous tickets and don't put on the site that they are already sold out due to pre sales.
