Terrible, I came in wanting to buy and new motherboard that worked with my new processor I just bought. Also wanted them to hook everything back into the motherboard. I was willing to pay whatever it was just to get it going. And I was ambushed with long wait (2 weeks) times and no promise of it actually being done. They tried to sell me newer equipment and buy a new computer altogether when all I need is a new motherboard and installation..and I was turned away, told to comeback later to see if maybe they could do what I wanted... taking my computer somewhere else..

Avoid if necessary. I brought my PC in because they had the quickest wait times. I was told it would take 3 days to get my PC diagnosed/fixed. A week later and no call. I went inside the store due to them not taking phone calls and had told me they had called me. They didn't. I was told they don't know what's wrong but believe it's either the motherboard or processor. When I got my PC back it was later diagnosed (by another place) as a bad graphics card. Not only was it miss diagnosed, but when I got it returned my power supply is now dead (which i had purchased from them 3 months prior to this diagnosing appt) I obviously pre paid the diagnosing fee, but to which I didn't get a fore-sure diagnoses, and now I am stuck dealing with Thermaltake and trying to get warranty which isn't another process and a half. Overall terrible experience.

Dealing with the professionals and employees in person was excellent. Helpful, friendly and knowledgeable folks that seemed to enjoy their work. I would have given a 5 star rating if I was to base it solely on my interaction with them... however, I had the pleasure of phoning in to the call center and that experience is why I docked a star. The person I spoke with was friendly and did their best to help me with what I needed. The language barrier made things quite difficult and my account ended up being terminated. So in the future, I won't bother calling in at all if I can't speak to someone who can properly comprehend the questions I have.

Regarding contacting them......I had to phone to ask a basic question but you are dealing with people back east. I am in BC. I would prefer speaking to someone local.

Dont trust or buy anything from Geek Squad or Best Buy Canada .Worst customer service. They said my phone would take 3-5 days. Its going on day 12. According to the UPS tracking number they never sent it. They will not let you talk to a manager. They transfer you around over and over No one is accountable in this corporation.
