Counter was very easy to find in the airport. Staff was very friendly. Car did not have winter tires, not that it was supposed to be included and the winter in NB this year has been pretty mild. Prob. just me being spoiled by the YFC location always going above and beyond. Limited selection and base model cars available, but prob. due to pandemic. Car was clean and looks brand new even with 15K on it. Cars are stored underground and easy to access so it's nice warm and ready to go when you pick it up during the winter.

Very friendly and polite staff. Have rented here numerous times for work. Everything is efficiently done. When I arrive, paperwork is ready to be signed. Get key right away. Cars are always clean and full fuel. When I drop off keys, I just hand it to attendant at the parking lot. No need to go back to office. Usually get email receipts within 30 min. Just worry free. No issues with billing.

Arrived at Moncton Airport and quickly found the rental counter. Very friendly reception and was offered a Nissan Altima. As I was going to Nova Scotia for a few days, I found the gas consumption amazing! Only had to fill the tank once.. Unbelievable. Will definitely be renting this car again. No hassle, great service. Asked for a GPS but ended up not using it and received a credit for it at the end. Was very impressed :)

Not impressed, I wish I could say otherwise, but it is not the case. I had reserved 2 weeks ahead of time through hot-wire online to national car rental at the airport. I had a a great deal, I was paying $26.00 less. So they tell you online to show your receipts to prove that you did pay. I have taken an insurance too. But the guy at the desk said , well

This weekend was my first time using National. Generally speaking, as an airline employee, we have a preferred rate with a competitor. This competitor was not able to accomodate us with anything remotely reasonable in terms of rates so we tried National instead. Not only was the service offered by Ms Campbell, the National rep, fantastic, she threw in some good old joy, care and advice with the deal. She also made very good recommendations as to what to visit when in town. Very satisfied overall and might just have convinced me to drop the other guys...

My first experience was pleasant but I had to pick up a vehicle I shortly rented before to return to my customer in an emergency. I had no problems with taking the same vehicle (that was dirty from my travels).I had tested positive for Covid and was unable to take a flight due to Covid policies Via Air Canada. I was put in a positive for everyone’s safety that I return this vehicle in the United States where I lived.I spoke with National corporate to get my rental returned at a US location. I had made all the steps to do so and had since received both a receipt and the escalation department to give me a report # 39413265 to get this resolved.The escalation department (Dave) assured me that due to this Covid-19 situation by policy, the Moncton airport location will be notified and an email was sent to call me on Sunday and will be okay to return to another location and corporate will pick it up. I had already been charged according per National customer service Supervisor.I received no call on Sunday but on Monday, Andy called and gave me hardship about the vehicle not being returned and wanted add additional billing to the already updated one way return and was not understanding of the situation. I had asked that if he were billing me extra that I will need a receipt and then he hung up on me before I could give him the escalation information.I had to call back to give him that information and then had said “ I see it right here”. Did you call just to victim shame?- Andy, I’m sorry that my wife, toddler and I have Covid and my safety from spreading to others out-prioritized the needs of a vehicle. I had a 25 hour drive to get home to them, my safety and mindfulness for the many will always be greater than the servant for one. I hope you think of this before you victim shame without acknowledging another’s needs before your own wants.- I am a 12 year corporate customer of National, I have never had this issue in any country, due to this unnecessary incident, I will also be directing my employees to only use National as a last resort. I would also recommend that this location revisit their customer interaction training with this individual.

Never again. I have rented from here twice and both times they didn't serve us well. This last time I requested a GPS in the car as we were driving 3 hrs north and needed help. They didn't provide it. And we requested car seats for our 2 children which we called in for directly to the desk at the airport which cost us long distance charges and there was no record of such requests. The car wasn't good for the conditions as we also mentioned and the SUV got stuck in the snow storm.
