Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I just picked up a rental from Enterprise in North Vancouver. Karan assisted me getting the rental set up. I was very impressed with his exceptional customer service skills and his friendly nature. I am very pleased with their service and would highly recommend this company.

The best crews and service ever. My wife and I got 2 times service from here. Manager Yogi and Pavol helped us rent a car. No complains at all. Nice and friendly assisting us whenever and whatever we have questions.

Canceled our reservation that was made over 3 months ago with no warning less than 13 hours before pick up while we was on a train to from Oregon, US. Location then refused to help out other than offering $600 rentals in place of my 2 free days, seems highly suspect. I have been stone walled across the board with I can't do anything" from Enterprise

I’ve been on hold for 20 minutes and during this time they have picked up the phone and without saying anything put me back on hold. I can hear some talking in the background each time this happened. Extremely frustrated, if I didn’t have to use enterprise because of my insurance I would go elsewhere. I don’t mind waiting when they are busy but at least say something when you pick up the phone. Giving two stars because two previous calls I’ve had with them were efficient and pleasant.

Horrible location with rude, dishonest & power hungry staff. I booked a reservation which was canceled at a different location due to availability and was told to come here & that since it was so far I can return the rental at the location closer to me.When I got to the north Vancouver enterprise the representative went irate, I was called a liar & to finish it off was told that she doesn't have to give me a car while she turned off all the lights when I’m still in there because she said “I want to enjoy my Sunday”.When i asked to speak to a manager she said she is the manager and no one is above her here, turns out shes the assistant manager #DwightKSchrute & wanted to use the little power she has to make herself feel important.Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere for your rentals!!!

I had a great experience renting a car from this location! Booking online, changing my booking online, pre-checking in online was so easy and convenient, and when in store everything went smoothly. The service was friendly and accommodating, and Tommy was great to deal with. I will 100% rent from here again.

NEGATIVE 1000 STARS! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! Branch mysteriously canceled our rental reservation booked 3 months in advance as we were headed to Vancouver for my birthday celebration. Tried to resolve and told there were no cars. Would not help me get another car unless at an exuberate rate and told to call someone else. I filed a complaint with corporate office and still waiting for someone to contact me. Apparently being a gold member in their loyalty rewards program doesn't mean anything to Enterprise.

ICBC paid for my rental car after an accident.Enterprise gave me a 2022 dodge charger.Their service was great and they had me in a car fast and on my way.Returning the car was easy with no issues.

I rented a car here through my icbc claim, and the whole process was quick and painless. Jaz hooked me up with a new Dodge Charger, which I definitely appreciated! Driving in a clean, nice vehicle while mine was being repaired made the situation a lot less stressful.
