Just visited the store and bought my first pair of New Balance 857 and was greeted and helped thoroughly by Zayan. He made all efforts and ensured to explain every shoe that fit my needs and made sure to show me all avalible options. Great store with great selection. Would come again!!

Went to this New Balance retail store in north Oakville to return a pair of runners I bought on line but were too small, I called ahead and spoke with Rebecca, she invited me in to return the shoes and get sized up for the right fit vs ordering and guessing.Rebecca greeted me at the store, was great to talk to about running and was genuinely interested in getting the right fit for me resulting in an on-line order with free delivery to my home.Would definitely recommend this store and this brand.

Helpful but the reason for my call is new balance sending me an all white 550 in a brutalized box, torn paper and mashed up right side shoe with marks. That was suppose to be my mother's day present ppl.Not nice!!!!!

I was in the store on March 1 and am a repeat customer. I had been referred by my podiatrist in Stoney Creek and had a specific shoe in mind. Anum worked with me to obtain the right shoe and we discussed changes in my foot size and the orthotics that I was putting in the shoe. She very carefully fitted the shoe and even offered to lace them tighter as I placed my feet on the footstool. I received excellent service and really appreciated the attention and concern that she showed me. Definitely would go back even though it is a longer drive.

The closest NB store was an 80K drive. That is fine because I wanted to get a proper fit, and product knowledge. I dealt with a sales person who although polite had limited product knowledge. I was ready to purchase shoes and running pants when I asked the sales person if I get a 10% discount from a newsletter I signed up for. He asked another person in turn asked Ian. I did notice at the check out there was a sign advertising 15% discount if you signed up for a newsletter, I asked if I could get that? He said , it was to be applied to the next purchase and you had to receive an email. My issue was the sales prevention attitude from Ian. I was asking for 15% rather than 10% which would be around $15.00 in additional discount, why not ask? He told me 'If that's the way your going to be regarding the discount. I mentioned I didn't like his attitude and decided not to purchase approximately $280.00 worth of merchandise. Although I have worn NB shoes for over 35 years

Such a nice experience! I didn’t get anything on the visit, but Zayan helped me get the sizes I needed.
